Hey!
So as I understand, the problem with the mail and customs is the e-liquid? No problems with batteries and cartos etc?
If so, I will change my orders and HC can send me everything but liquids.

P.S

Made tickets about this and HC-s replying is very very bad. There's no answer already 2 days. And this "one answer in 24h" is making me mad also. Their answer is short and every now and then meaningless.. Then I have to wait 24h or more, to get another answer.

But the main question is, will customs let trough package without liquids?

So if I get this....... HC cannot use China airmail (slow way) because of liquid problems at customs...... Take out the liquid and China airmail is ok? Or is it that customs won't let liquid through full stop, no matter what way you have it delivered?

Would I be correct in my assumptions? Very confused.....

Yeah, would be nice to understand, what's the problem. From my country's side, I know, that they dont allow e-liquids in, which have nothing written on them (contents) and with nicotine, but what's the deal with China? And with DHL, there will be customs. 100%. So I can not use that either. So yeah, when the problem is liquids, I rather order without them.

The deal with China Post? We can only guess, each vendor gaves a diferent excuse....

It's the liquid which is the problem, not the shipping, I went with ems and still can't get it out of China.

If you used PayPal then if HC keep giving excuses you can get PayPal to a "Dispute for payment made"
As HC have sold you something they can not deliver.
They really should pull the liquid from their site until this is sorted.

It is not the liquid that is the problem. I know because I have two different parcels stuck for a month now. None of them have liquid in them.

Everything is being checked and double checked due to an international meeting in china in november. At first this effected just air mail parcels as they were put on hold while all the EMS and DHL were checked. Now everyone is sending DHL and EMS, and so now even those are slowing down.

I even have small envolopes from electronic suppliers, they normally arrive very fast indeed and much faster than my ecig stuff, but now even those seem to have stopped.

We can ship liquid with EMS and DHL now.
But orders containing liquid with DHL need 2-3 extra days before leaving china.
Orders containing liquid with EMS need much more days before leaving china.
As for your ticket, we will reply asap but we got many tickets and need time to sort them out one by one.
