I vape mostly all day. 24mg. Thought I'd try 18 for awhile. Kids were crazy so it was just easier to make a small batch of 12mg.50/50 pg/vg.

Notice a bit less TH, even w/ DC. After 24hrs. I'm feeling better. My nerves, head and stomach used to feel all wierd, especially in the evening. Along w/ a bit of insomnia. NO CRAVINGS.

I'm good w/ getting off analogs, and I'm ok w/ inhaling VG and PG, but I think I'd be physiologically better off the nic altogether.I so want a clean body back. It's been 35 yrs.

How has this been going for ya, I have been vaping 24/26 for the last couple months, and just decided to order a bunch of 12mg and kick it down a notch, so far (3 days) its going swimmingly.

Same here, just a few days- but its going quite well. I'd like to get it at a level where I might get a craving once in awhile. I wasn't as brave as you tho, lol, I bought 24vg and 0pg to mix in case I couldn't handle it- I'd have the 24.

because some folks are getting way more nic from their PV than they ever were with analogs.

I started with 24 mg. 16 months ago. After about 4 months I started mixing 18 mg. and then down to 12 mg. about 5 months later. The last batches I mixed were 6 mg. but I raised the PG ratio to try to maintain the feel.
by reducing this slowly I haven't even noticed the difference. The next reduction to 0 nic should come pretty quickly. I don't imagine there's much difference between 6 and 0.
Not buying nic will make my juice really inexpensive. :)

Been vaping 10mg for quite a while now. I've tried vaping 0mg a few times just to see how it is. Doesn't bother me too much, though I like my nic and don't want to give it up.

You gotta want it. That's why I joined this site, and then got my first PV a year later

    Still smoking analogs, too.

Good for you! Then, when you vape, you do it because you want to; not because you have to! True freedom, that's what that is. A toast to your impending victory! :toast:

:):):) That's all so great to hear!!!!

I switched to unflavored soon after starting kinda w/ the idea of not missing the flavor aspect. I can't wait to buy a jug of VG at the local pharmacy and put a little water in it and be done.

I'll miss the people here and the great suppliers like ECIGG, but I want to put all this in my past. I can think of many other hobbies to spend money on.

'Course I'll surely buy some beginner kits to give to folks.

I think its important to note what someone above mentioned. With vaping we probably do get more nicotine than we ever did from analogs. I can say that about myself for sure. The strongest cigarette probably has about 2mg of nicotine in it. I'd smoke 1-2 in a smoke break and I'd be done. Now that I can vape I'm having the equivalent of more cigarettes and probably higher nicotine content...Its always good if you can lower that nicotine level.

Yeah, .... not sure about how much nic we're absorbing. I read a report on a study a while back that concluded that the absorption level from vapor was 1/10th that of smoke. They were measuring nic levels in the blood plasma. Then there's the fact that the chemical makeup of nicotine changes during combustion, introducing carbon and making it far more harmful.
Everything I read leads me to believe that vaping the stuff does far less harm than smoking it. And, of course, then there's the other 4,000 chemical compounds in today's commercial cigarettes to consider.

I am finding I tend to empty my tank out a little faster with the 12mg then I typically did with the 24/26, so it seems that I subconsciously vape a bit more at the lower nic level, I am curious if as my body gets used to the lower level, if that will change or not.

Would love to vape 0mg all day until I have a craving (havn't felt a craving since i started vaping really) and then pull out a loaded 24 mg for a couple puffs, then back to 0mg, rinse and repeat.

I am curious how that would work out...
