Good for you!!!! I just went from 24 to 12, and it's still feeling like quite a bit. I feel like I'm "growing out of it" the same way I did with coffee and booze. It just got to a point where I didn't want them anymore- no conscious action, or cravings. Now if I have 5 cups of coffee a year that's a lot, and just don't bother drinking.

I'm almost wondering what the heck else they were putting in analogs- I smoked the same brand for YEARS and never ever felt the need to decrease the dose. I'm 6 weeks into vaping, and have already felt the need to cut back twice.

that's good to hear

i think everyone's goal when starting vaping should really be to just switch to vaping full time. then when you're there and feeling comfortable with never touching an analog again, make it your next goal to cut down your nicotine.

glad you're there! good luck
To those who want to cut down, or cut out, nicotine, and are able to, I offer congratulations. But there are those who want neither, and I'm one of them. I don't even feel that I "should" cut down. Just my two cents.

I am finding I tend to empty my tank out a little faster with the 12mg then I typically did with the 24/26, so it seems that I subconsciously vape a bit more at the lower nic level, I am curious if as my body gets used to the lower level, if that will change or not.

Yes, you'll eventually level out.

Would love to vape 0mg all day until I have a craving (havn't felt a craving since i started vaping really) and then pull out a loaded 24 mg for a couple puffs, then back to 0mg, rinse and repeat.

I am curious how that would work out...

I'm thinkin you'll get a hell of a head ache straight behind the eyeballs and a good head rush for about 3 minutes. Then you will ask yourself... "why in the hell did I just do that". :)

Don't ask me how I know. lol

I only really vape when I have a craving, then just put it down. I don't intentionally do that, it's just the way I vape I guess. I definitely vaped more with lower nicotine levels and all the flavoring made me feel sick. I just stick to what works for me and don't really worry about it.

I don't necessarily feel like I "should", or even necessarily want to, but I am very curious how much of my habit is just hand to mouth / playing with vapor / giving me something to do, and how much of it is actually nicotine habit.
