cutting 36mg juice

If the unflavoured 36mg juice is Propylene Glycol based, can I cut it to 18mg using Glycerine? Or should I stick to propylene?

Either is fine. Many people prefer a PG-VG mix. Sometimes VG is too thick so a 50/50 mix will wick better. I like some VG in my PG to add vapor. Gives a better texture.
