I understand that you take 36mg and cut it 50/50 with PG or VG and it makes 18mg, then add your flavors and make your recipe.
What I dont understand is why do you cut it down? Is this just to stretch the liquid to make even more? So if you wanted to make 36mg liquid, would you have to find/use 72mg unflavored or would you just get 36mg liquid and not cut it, just add your flavors?
