I tried to do a search but I failed to find what I wanted to find, So I shall ask.

What is the point of adding Ethyl Alcohol?
And What is the point of adding water?
Do I add flavor before cutting or after?
*Can it be substituted with?
**Who handles what products?
And to make sure I understand could someone check these numbers:
If I had a bottle of 36mg of pg e-juice and wanted to cut it down to 10mg, I would have to cut it with 0mg of pg. final bottle size of 15ml.
like this:
7.5ml of 36mg cut with 7.5ml of 0mg equals 18mg at 15ml?
3.75ml of 36mg cut with 11.25ml of 0mg equals 9mg at 15ml?

Now This is where I get confused at,
How does one get that 1mg to top off at 10mg for your final product.
And where does one add flavor at?

I know the use of your guys Calculators are easy to use and to understand, but there will be a day when I have to go old school and figure this out by hand on paper.

thank you guys for the help.
Edit:
*What can I substitute Ethyl Alcohol With?
**Basically Looking for good Flavor, and pg with Nic Base juice

1- PGA adds to throat hit.
2- To make the VG not so darn thick, or you could add PGA.
3- As part of cutting.
4- Huh?
5- We talking pipettes, flavors, bottles, or something else?
6- Um, even if you don't have Excel, you can always use something like this. Or realize that the nicotine strength is given in mg/ml. So it is a ratio. Adding ml reduces the mg/ml. Milligrams per Milliliter. Ratios are not too tough on paper, at least I don't think they are? I've never had a problem.

Most of the information is in post 3 of my guide, read through that.

As for the calculations, unless you have a good grasp on it you should use a calculator. If you just want to understand how it gets to a specific %, look at it like Hoosier said:
You want 15ml at 10mg/ml nicotine. So you want 15ml*10mg/ml = 150mg of nicotine in your final 15ml. You have 36mg/ml juice. Take 150mg÷36mg/ml and you get about 4.2ml. So in your final solution you need 4.2ml of the 36mg nicotine liquid and the rest can be anything else.
