Cutting nic level down or tried....I dunno!

Ok, so getting the headaches. Not sure if it is my nic level or what is happening, I think it is my nic level...but went from 18 to 16 to 12 to 6 to 4 to 0, been floating around those levels (have ejuices in all levels now LOL(don't ask)) anyway I dunno! I went off on the lady at Target! She didn't give me half off on a sale that was going on and they do that ALL THE TIME, you really have to watch that store. I went off on her during my 6-4 nic level vape but I didn't have the headache.

Now last night in the poker room I was on a 12 nic level and had a major headache, but that could be due to the fact it was a stressful tournament, analog smoke and people just getting on my freaking nerves.

Today I started off with a 4 nic level but I increased it to a 12 because I was craving analogs big time. Now my craving is gone, I am not irritable, but I could easily flip into a headache because I feel it.

Most of these juices are more PG than VG so I am also wondering if I need to move towards a stronger VG mix and ease off the PG. hrmmmm......headed to the vapor shop tomorrow.:?:

Are you drinking enough water now that you are vaping? It's very important to stay hydrated.

Been drinking a lot of water today (almost 1 gallon). Last night I hardly drank any water, not even 8oz all day. I don't drink sodas but I will drink sweet tea. I think that is something else I need to do donnaq4, is drink LOTS LOTS LOTS of water. I am apparently not drinking enough which is also causing these headaches. Thank you donna! I always forget about my water!

Also a trick I did when I started, though I don't need to these days, is to start off the day with a heavy vape.. whatever your strongest one is (for example, 12mg) and then when you're out and about using the ecig as more of a pacifier than anything else, switch to half the strength or less. Then at those "smoking moments", such as after a good meal, when you get home from work.. those moments when you would normally sit back and enjoy a good smoke.. pull out the 12mg and have a few toots of it.. then go back to the low strength again.

Excellent advice! I think that is exactly what I will do. I use a tank and going to the vapor shop tomorrow to get another tank because I like to have a strong juice in one tank and a lighter juice in another tank, so this would be a great way to set this up by putting the stronger mg in the one and the lighter mg in the other. Ya'll are AWESOME!! I am so glad I am blonde and let you all think for me HAHAHA...of course my brain is fried from this weekend BUT on a side note I did bring home an extra $500 from the poker tables hee,hee:2cool: YAY! New vaping tools! LOL

Yes, water and food...both PG & VG dry me out so much that my sinus gets stuffed. Stuffiness will give you a headache. The stress of winning that $500 (tension) & a smoke filled room, con-conspirators. The nic in vaping also warms my face/head, another cause. I'd bet that poker room was warm. Did you eat? Empty stomach, another culprit. I know 'cause I did the same thing in a casino...head hurt so much, could barely drive home. I'd be surprised if you didn't get a headache. :)

Guess I'm saying I don't think it was the nic level.

Also depends on what juices you are using too.. some juices (and flavourings) give more throat hit than others as well. PG has more TH than VG as well. I am on 11mg and using HG juices and all of the tobacco ones have a really great throat hit, like I was getting from 24mg stuff... then again, I could be getting used to the lower strength.. :) However, I do remember some juices/flavours giving more than others.
