When I was trying to get off the analogs I had bumped my nic up to 30mg for the craving moments. It got for a while there that I was vaping 30mg almost all day (18mg - 24mg the rest of the time). Now that I am off the analogs I decided to try lowering my nic all day and on my last batch I more or less averaged 20mg across the 4 bottles I mixed - been on the lower nic level for about 7 - 10 days now without a craving.

Today I was driving across town and found a leftover 5ml bottle with one of my 30mg mixes in it. I thought hmmmm why not finish it... It kicked my .... - 3 vapes and I felt the nic... I added a little VG to it when I got home. Great Vapor with the higher VG levels...

My point - you may have to raise your nic to get off the analogs, but you do not have to leave it there. You can reduce it and not miss it. I assumed that when I lowered my nic that I was taking the chance that the analog cravings would come back - they did not and I now know that I will be able to lower my nic again on my next batch as well (16mg probably)... and we will see how far I can go from there.

Yeah! I'm down to 4mg juice now! A bottle of unflavored 36mg nic lasts me FOREVER!

I verify what you just said about the nic actually bringing out the flavor of the juice. At least that's been my experience.

For me its seems the exact opposite. I only DIY my own juices, never store bought. When I was making 12-18mg nic, I used close to 20% flavor.. Now that I'm down to 0-2mg nic, I'm making my juices at <10% flavor to taste the same.. Not sure if its just my taste buds, or since there is no 'spice' of the nic, I don't need as much flavoring...

I only vaped 2-3ml/day of 18mg nic when I first started. Now I'm down to 1-2mg nic, I vape close to 10mls/day. But 10-20mg TOTAL per day is better than 36-54mg TOTAL per day. (If assuming 100% obsorbtion..which is not the case)

I waited till I hit the year mark and then started reducing. I started at 18 mg and am now using 4 mg and didn't feel any of the drops over the last 4 months! Went from 18 to 16 to 12 to 8 to 6 to 4 over those 4 months. My co-worker went from 24mg to 6 in the same time frame and he didn't notice anything either. We were both amazed!

It's weird but we both vape as much as ever. I think because we love our flavors and Ecigs- me, my Infinity and him, his T-rex.

No difference in sleeping habits? Did you tend to vape more with the lower nic?
