If the Echo-e charger is 150 mA it's like a 510 charger. I can't imagine how long it would take to charge a 1300 mAh battery, probably over 8 hours. An eGo charger is 420 mA. The circuit board of a Joye eGo battery is set up for that. That may explain the failures trying to charge a HangSen battery with an eGo charger if it's expecting no more than 150 mA.
