Bill, what's the difference between an echo-e and an echo 1300mah. Is it only that one has an automatic battery and one manual. Oh and one's a 510.

the echo cartomizer holds 3-3 1/2 ml, the echo-e holds about 2 1/2 ml of juice.
they both perform the same.
i like manuals but that is not say their is anything wrong with the auto.

Yes they can be cleaned..
you can take the filler out and wash it using the gogo method or you can boil them or you can clean them in a ultr sonic or other carto cleaning methods.
they all work to some degree.
removing the filler, cleaning and replacing is the most effective method.
