Sorry about the dual PMs, Bill. Navigating this ECF maze a little too daunting for me.
Sure hope you get a website, not fond of doing business via PMs though your prices and shipping cost is very reasonable.
I think it would be helpful to some if you would provide some kind of shipping information in your inventory list, much the same as what you wrote me. USPS signature first class or whatever.

Errol, I understand your hesitation but let me reassure you .. I've done business with Bill for several months and he is one of the most honest, upstanding guys you will find. He does have a website, but I don't think he has ssl ordering because he would have to charge more for his products to implement that. However, he is an official ECF Supplier and if there are any problems, the ECF staff will help you come to a reasonable conclusion. Also, the payment source he uses has a guarentee that will get your money back to you if there should be a problem that can not be resolved. With these 2 additional assurances, you can be quite comfortable in ordering via PM.
I, personally, have purchased from Bill at least 4 times and have been extremely happy with each purchase. On one occassion, I had to return something and he issued me a full refund. His packages generally are shipped first class with a delivery confirmation # so you can be assured it is delivered to you. Hey Errol, Navigating on Bill's thread is a ton easier than navigating through the forum. Add his thread to your favorites list like I did, then when I need something I just click on the thread in my stored favorites!! Frankly, I don't mind the PM's if it's going to save me some money!! Bill will ship however you want at least to me!! He answers his PM's in a timely manner and his shipping is even faster once he receives the payment!! Mr. Bill is out to help us stay off the analogs by offering top notch pricing. He can do this because of low overhead...ie: website, shopping cart costs, etc...everything it takes to run a web site!! I have noticed that when using the hew dual coil cartomizers on the echo battery, the battery doesn't always shut off afte taking a hit. I had to unscrew the cartomizer to get the battery to shut off. This only happened on one battery. So watch for it. The flavor is great.

I have a vague recollection of reading one can tighten or lessen the draw of a single coil Echo Cart by rotating the battery contact with a screwdriver. If I am correct how much can it be turned without damaging the internal wiring and which direction to tighten the draw?

Not at all. you will damage the cartomizer ask your supplier and see what he tells you.
