D.O.A. Passthrough

I just received my 901 USB passthrough and it won't work. I tried every PC in the house and it wont do anything. The LED lights up, but it won't activate the atomizer. Has anyone else had this problem, or am I doing something wrong?? Thanks

Happens plenty of times and it usually is not the passthough--try another atomizer as the treading is different and sometimes does not allow for a connection or in the alternative the usb ports are not driving enough power to it. Try turning your computer on and off with it pluged for the comuter to recoknize the power it needs. Older 1.1 usb ports will never work. You may have to get a plug in USB AC or battery block. In my case it was simply the atomizer not making contact and using a different one rectified that. There is always the possiblity that you got a DOA but give these a try before returning it----------Sun
