Hi there Smok Tekkies, soon I will be off line for a bit I have to take this computer to the computer dr Everything in my favorites are gone, although they are still in my computer somewhere My desktop is gone too, although I know that it is in the computer as well too. This was after cleaning up the disk drive and then defragging the computer. The prompt that I am getting is:
"A performance problem with one or more installed IDE/SATA hard drives has been detected. System restart is highly recommemded." If anyone can help me retrieve these and fix it, please let me know by PM. Otherwise, it will have to go to the computer dr for repair. There are about 9 of these prompt up on my screen at the moment ANd All I am doing is closing them out.

Have you googled the 1st half of that error message Skeeter? I don't know how Tekkie you are, but this one could be a bugger, could also be a simple fix. Might try downloading and running the free malwarebytes program from malwarebyes.org, it can help remove bugs that the high-dollar anti-virus programs can't catch. Best of luck to you

Thanks Rob I had some forum members help me out and I think after I ran the chkdsk /r and did system retore, the promp so far hasn't come up and i als redid another defrag as well. (Fingers crossed)

, I'm glad you like the SmokBox V!What batteries do you currently have? This revision of the VariCool has a heavier build box that requires 50mm length batts. If yours are the blue ones that measure 52.5mm, they won't fit. Let me know, 'cause I'm shipping your box tomorrow!

No worries man, I'll send a set and we can settle up later. Can you measure your flame batts and see if they are under 51mm? They might work, I have some here that do. They are snug, but snug is good. It keeps them from falling out when you drop it
