i am disabled , i suffered a very painful back injury . i sit at a pc most days , next to a healthy collection of vape gear so i typically enjoy a dozen plus flavors of 3 mg . i have not ventured into dripping as every movement is painful , i prefer high capacity tanks / minimal futzing . i do have a few higher nic juices i recieved for review or luck of the draw type situations . i use those sometimes , in the am or pm but ireally prefer sticking to 3mg and plan to work towards zero as a goal for next spring . i enjoy making youtube videos and have been dabbling with vape related content in the last month . i kind of have to have something to do , but i cant do much .

I vape, for the most part, the same way I smoked.. When I smoked I used 1 brand and flavor of cigarettes for 35 years, and was happy.. This is why I say for the most parts, because. I vape I no longer smoke, I do vape several different flavors, (all NETs), I am vaping Pipe and cigar tobacco (not something I did much as a smoker), My only complaint about vaping. Is the time you have to spend on maintenance. The daily rewicking is bad enough without having to wrap new coils every few wicks. Because you mangle the coil taking the old wick out. I firmly believe that if my Kayfun were a dual coil atty, I might say screw it and buy some Marlboros. Yep I'm saying 5-15 minutes a day of Vape cleaning and maintenance, sometimes make cigarettes sound good. After-all STRESS does kill nearly as many people as cancer.

I had that problem with my coils getting deformed, until I switched to 29ga -- it's much sturdier than 30ga, doesn't deform so easily, but fires a good deal faster than 28ga. I've had 29ga coils that lasted 3-4 months.

I vape unflavored DIY all day long always at 6.5 to 7.0 watts. I've been using the same rigs for over two years: Sigelei V3 or V5 and a IBTanked carto tank and vape about 2.5 ml per day. The tanked gets filled once a day. The carto is changed out and the tank cleaned once every 7-10 days. Never unprepared, I carry a back-up rig wrapped up in a ziplock bag when I'm away from home overnight, another in the car glovebox (without a battery). I now have four Sigeleis, two of them have been used every day, all day for over a year. They all work fine. One in use and three for back-ups.

I vape NET juices.. I clean my completely gunked over coil every 1 or 2 days. Sometimes said gunk is so cooked on you cant remove the cotton without deforming the coil. It is easier to CHANGE to a new coil than to FIX the old one.

But yeah if I do the work before it is too late, and take my time doing it. I can go WEEKS on a coil. Thing is I rarely want to spend more than the 3 minute to change the wick. Most of the time, its laziness followed by impatience, that causes me to need to change a coil.
I havent had to build a coil for awhile. Even my darkest juices only require dry burn and rewick every 3 days or so. Try backing off on the size of your wick and see if it comes out easier without bending the coil. Then just dry burn, rinse, and rewick.

I usually vape about 3ml a day now. Been using my same diy cinnamon bubble gum flavor for the past couple weeks. Finally got my order of flavorings in today so some cinnamon toast crunch is in my future. lol.

I'm never really "craving," my first vape in the morning -- because of my asthma, for years I was used to waiting up to a half hour after waking, for my first smoke -- it gave me time to cough up yesterday's smoke. :D Now, I don't have so much coughing in the AM, so I usually have my first vape about 10 mins after rising, and I'm not really craving it, but I know I will be, if I don't start getting the nic level built up, since it's so much slower than smoking. Cravings are the VERY LAST thing I want!

meantime it's just unflavored nic base. I got throught bout 2 tank fulls of my Lemo 2

Something creamy in the morning - right now it's Certified Juice Co. 5150. Then to a fruity vape for the day's work - currently swapping between Betelgeuse (Nicoticket), Cool Berry (MOV), and my own apple menthol DIY. Peanut butter brownie in the evenings (Dark Side by V8P Bar) and finish off every evening with straight menthol (DIY). I also have some spearmint and unflavored I mix it up with for variety. I think that's 9 tanks with different juices.
