Hey all. Yesterday I changed my coil in my Aspire Zelos nautilus kit from an 18w-23w 0.7ohm coil to an 12w-14w 1.8ohm coil and took a handful of draws while the mod was still set to 18 watts. I have it set back to 12 watts now and do not taste any burnt cotton. Do you think the coil is still alright to use? Thanks!

If the cotton didn't get scorched and the flavour is okay, you should be fine.
One of the advantages of properly priming a new coil is it is often over saturated. This gives you a few pulls protection (sometimes) from over heating the coil.
It is suggested to start new coils at the bottom of the "buy more coils from us" suggested power level. Increase, if needed, to achieve the vape you want.

Basically yes - if you'd damaged it you sure would pick up the taste - lock in a safe setting next time!
