I think (hope) we all realize that once you give the package to the USPS, there's not much anyone can do but wait.

I ordered mine late last Monday night (actually early Tuesday am) and it was shipped on Tuesday. Can't expect any better than that from you.

We could expect much better from the USPS, but I try to avoid wishful thinking.

Was the steampunk shipped first class or priority mail?

I've placed a bunch of orders from a supplier in NJ that uses first class and they always arrive in 3 days.

I'd give it another week at the most. I'd also follow the e-how that was posted above. I'm sure if it doesn't come by then, or if it is lost Shawn will work out how to refund you. (thats a guess, not speaking for Shawn myself)

Awe, leave the poor mailman alone, its not him, its the sorting offices. Now if it was UPS, I'd be all over their behinds. They've screwed me a few times. They claim my street doesn't exist, and that I gave incorrect shipping info, but yet their little slip manages to make it in the mail telling me that with the correct info. It would help if their guys tried to make the delivery in the right town, lol.

I think they are the lesser of the evils for the time being. But if they give up Saturday deliveries, that would really suck. Just got to try and get into the habit of ordering earlier and keep spares on hand.

I have order from Litecig a number of times and think it's the greatest. I ordered a couple of fluids a little over a week ago. They promptly shipped and now are stuck in limbo. Any idea how long I should wait to decide the Post Office monster ate them? Geez, I really want that stuff

I ordered some 510 cartomizers on the 5th, package was processed through my states main USPS processing facility on the 7th, and then was some how sent to St. Paul,MN and sat there from the 8th to the 13th....then it finally arrived on my doorstep today

I would give it a few more days LostinTime, then you could try contacting them with your tracking #. USPS Track & Confirm Customer Service 1-800-222-1811

How do you track your packages? Is there a site to go to for that? I'm just getting antsy because I placed an order last Friday and it still isn't here. The order before that, which I placed on 5/1, arrived two days later, so it's just kind of strange that it's taking so long this time.

EDIT: OK, I figured out how to track my package, but the results didn't make me feel any better.

So does this mean my package is still in PA? I actually thought it had shipped on the 15th since every single order I've done since last August has shipped the next day unless I ordered on a Saturday. Is there no shipping on Saturday anymore? Either way, though, it's strange that the package has been sitting there for several days and doesn't seem to be any closer to Illinois.

That's the problem with USPS -- it's not even real tracking, it's just delivery confirmation. Your package COULD be sitting in PA, but it's likely sitting somewhere else in limbo, and hasn't been scanned, so there is no update to the 'tracking' page.

It will arrive soon enough, then the tracking # will show as delivered.

that means you package was dropped off at the post office. it is now enroute to you as they rarely scan it once dropped off till it is delivered.
