Chromium, nickel, cobalt, titanium and molybdenum are among the most common metals found in implants. Often, a prosthetic joint will contain more than one of these metal types.

And for the record you can't have 316 stainless steel without nickel. It's a core component and is the reason the 316 stainless steel is non-magnetic and non-corrosive, and yes, people with nickel allergies WILL react to 316 stainless steel.
And this still doesn't change the fact that nickel does NOT leach toxins, which is what this thread is about.
