Its not the device, njoy Kings are awesome. He was just curious like we all are.

Sure they are. Keep telling yourself that. They might be okay for you but were trying to nail down why HE isnt satisfied. Could be the device, could be the juice could be a combination of things that have yet to be determined.

Don't beat yourself up. I've been at for a little over a month and I still get the urge for an analog. Now and then I do give into that urge. But the way I see it 1 in a week is better than the pack a day + I was smoking. It will get easier once you find a device your comfortable with using and a mg juice that suits you.

ok .. try this next time u feel the urge to smoke analog cigarette ..

take out your device, have at least 5 long vapes to your satisfaction. Then light up an analog and take puff.

In the beginning, I had the withdrawals too. But I tried the above method. Vaped a little and then lit up the analog and puffed. Can't tell you how much I hated the analog. And surprisingly, I did not feel any enjoyment in smoking the analog .. Just after a few drags, I tossed away the cigarette and took out my ecig and started vaping ..

oh well, I have 24mg ejuice in my ecigarette which I think is stronger than a benson hedges cigarette. i think benson is just 18mg nicotine + lots and lots of crap chemicals lol ..

It's hard to find a tobacco flavor that offers the same taste and feel as the real thing. Come to think of it, I never did. As close as e-cigs come, they just aren't the same thing. I started off with tobacco mixes (some with the real alkaloids as Zapped mentioned are much closer to the real deal), but I was lucky enough to grow sick of the flavor of tobacco in general the more I vaped.

Try upping your nic level and branching out with new flavors you haven't yet tried. I never thought I'd ever like fruit flavors, but the right juices from the right vendors opened up a world of possibilities to me.

I'm sure you'd be hard-pressed to find a vaper who hasn't at least taken a single drag from an analog after vaping for a period just out of curiosity, so don't feel too badly about it. Just get yourself back on the wagon and take comfort in the support of such a great online community.

Very well said STVNMR .. i have tried the Camel juice and have also smoked some camel although I used to like Benson Hedges stuff. the camel ejuice tastes almost like the camel cigarette. but certainly, you wont get that ugly taste with the ecig and that's really good.

for this: "but the right juices from the right vendors opened up a world of possibilities to me."

can you point me to a thread or a link where i can find good ejuices? i may take advantage of your experience. thanks buddy. appreciate your help.

*seconds the ease of the Volts by smokeless image*

I back slid a few times when I got my substandard starter kit who shall remain nameless.. the little 1 hour charge e cigs I started with went right back to the company I got them from when I discovered that their cartridges also lasted about an hour when they were supposed to be equivalent to a pack of smokes... and I had to charge batteries full time.

If you're at all like me, you will vape more than you smoked - because it just tastes so good when you nail down a few juices you like.

Granted.. there are folks (my husband) that can pick up their device (he has volt 78mm batteries) .. puff on them for a bit and put it down for hours. Still stunns me that his battery charge lasts a few days when I am always charging something... but I do vape all day.. really.. 3 batteries on pass through sitting next to me now.

There are also folks that haven't quit and use vaping for when and where they cannot smoke. Whatever works for you.. works. Go with it.

As you can see, everyone is different. I was so proud of myself after 2 days smoke free with a cig-alike, until day 3 when it just wasn't doing it for me so I went out and got an eGo 650 kit. A couple of days later I caught myself smoking a couple of analogs in the morning, for a kick start so I got some 36mg juice. I haven't been jones'n for a smoke for almost a week, I even tried one yesterday; I smiled after a couple of drags because it wasn't satisfying so I tossed it and went to my vaping. Am I a non smoker? Maybe. Do I feel good that I have gone from a carton of analogs per week to a couple singles per week? YES!!!

I think we all try tobacco after vaping. I personally didn't start vaping with the full intent to quit smoking. I just found that vaping satisfied my need to eliminate tobacco products. However, shorty after I started vaping I did try a cigarette. I was outside at work with some friends and my battery drained. I asked for a cigarette. After the first drag, I realized that it tastes horrible, smells horrible and I had no use for them any more. I haven't looked back since.

I do get a "craving" for a cigarette, but is it really the cigarette I'm craving? No, it's the Nicotine. When I get the "craving" I start vaping, and the craving is gone! I will say though, if you were a moderate to heavy tobacco user, 24mg Nicotine juice keeps your cravings at bay. I've been vaping 24mg juice for around 3 months, and now I'm going down to 20 and 18mg Nicotine. Not that I want to quit mind you. I'm finding that 24mg is now a little too strong.

Hope that helps some.

I've been trying to quit for the past 9 days using Njoy Kings. I just smoked a cigarette for the first time. Iwas lovely. And I feel guilty and bad. Damn this is hard.

Do not beat yourself up over liking the cigarette. Every cigarette you don't smoke is an accomplishment, but that doesn't mean that having one is an unspeakable thing. I think going nine days without a cigarette (with just a cig-a-like to vape on) is incredibly good.

I've quit now, but I started vaping with no intention of giving up cigarettes, I was just trying to cut back on my smoking expenses a little bit. I tried the disposables and cig-a-likes first and I found them to be very unsatisfying. I didn't like the flavors and I didn't get enough nicotine to even curb my cravings, much less get rid of them.

After a couple of weeks I decided to give an ego style battery a try, and I am incredibly thankful I made that decision...the difference was stunning. I got several different flavors of juice with 18mg to 24mg of nic, and I loved all of them...except for the tobacco flavored one. I slowly stopped reaching for my cigarettes over the next two weeks, and one day I realized I hadn't had an analog in three days. On day five I tried to smoke an analog...it tasted like a dirty ashtray and I hated it so much I couldn't even finish it.

I'd highly recommend you try a volt or an ego style battery with a clearomizer/stardust or a Vivi Nova tank. The cartridges that come with a joyetech eGo C kit are okay but they tend to leak and can be complicated; for me, the clearomizers and Vivi Novas are much easier to use.

I also recommend that you try a few flavors that are not tobacco based. Many of the flavors I thought I would really need or love I actually can't stand. My favorite flavors (so far) have turned out to be English toffee, honeysuckle, red licorice, cinnamon, cotton candy, and a banana one that tastes like banana laffy taffy. If you really want a tobacco based flavor I'd suggest trying a Ry4 type flavor, because that's the only tobacco one I've tried that I actually liked. Taste is subjective, but don't give up...there are hundreds of flavors out there to try.

You could try some 24mg or 36mg nic juice too. The estimate is that we only absorb about half of the nicotine in our vapor, so even if you vaped 1ml of 36mg nic in a day you'd only absorb about the same amount of nicotine as smoking one pack of full flavor analogs.

I know this was kind of long, but I hope I was able to help. And, again, do not beat yourself up...you are doing really well and you have nothing to feel guilty about. :) Good luck!

Here's my story I was a pack to a pack and a half a day cigarette smoker for over 30yrs. I tried the cigarette style electronic ones and only found one that even remotely helped satisfy my cravings. Then I bought an ego 900mah battery kit from Rubber City Vapers retail outlet not far from my home. It came with everything to get me going battery charger clearomizer and some 18mg tobacco flavored juice. Took it home set it up and that very day I never picked up another cigarette. The ego battery saved my life literally. There are two other smokers in the house and it doesn't phase me at all except for the smell and they smoke outside. So I think you should consider one the ego kits out there get you some 24mg juice I'm betting you'll not smoke tobacco again.
