Darn Bobas thickness and my cartos

So i just received bobas bounty. I like the juice but I've had a really frustrating day. I ordered these awhile back and have them right now Single Coil 510 Single Hole Pre-Punched Tank Cartomizer 3.0ohm [836_510DCT 3.0 S C, Single hole] : L Js E-Smokes, Electronic Cigarettes

I top it up with some juice then put it in my tank and fill the tank halfway. I start vaping only to get gurgling and spitting of juice in my mouth. Turns out I filled the carto way too much. Juice wasted. So i try blowing it all out and end up throwing in the garbage.

I unwrap a new one put it in the tank without filling the carto. I instead fill up the tank half way. I start vaping and I immediately get a burnt taste. The juice isn't the getting into the prepunched hole. Now i figure that I have to make that hole bigger.

I find a nail and a hammer and start working. I ended up damaging the carto and bending it so that I cant put it back in the tank. I threw it out and more juice wasted.

What can i do besides going out and trying to find a hole puncher that wont damage or bend the aluminum of the carto? I don't want to order one online either. Im stuck dripping every 5 min with an atty and thats not how I like to vape

Thanks in advance

Besides dripping, I've heard that boge cartos are your friend with that Boba's Bounty stuff.

As for making those holes bigger, try a screw instead of a hammer and nail. Alternatively, you could pick up a saddle valve at any hardware store for cheap to make your holes bigger in the cartos. One other thing is that if you damage the carto with a hammer and nail, you can always try to use your hammer to shape the carto back in place. I've had that happen and it worked so that I didn't have to throw out the carto. Bigger holes are a definite must with juice that thick.

Like Rttch said a screw works better as its sharper so it should pierce the carto before it bends too much. Even then i find that the holes made are still too small. Some people use a Dremel with a cutting disc to slot them, but be careful you dont get too many metal shavings in the carto's packing material. I've switched over to atomizers for thicker juices like that. It tastes better and my Boba's wont kill off too many cartos lol. Hope you find what works best for you.
