After it leaves OMB(OIRA) if nothing is changed, it goes to Federal Registry, then 90 days before it becomes in effect - truly "finalized" - so sometime in the first or second week in August is closer.

Do you really think this pile of garbage won't be challenged? I think that massive lawsuits are on the horizon. Or, I hope that they are.

Never said anything about it not being challenged. Different subject entirely, but yeah, it will be challenged in the courts.

I'm not happy about winning. With what Kent is saying the whole "when Hell freezes over" option is still on the table. Who knows, maybe Hell will freeze over in the next 90 days.

THat was my choice! Still hoping to win.

From your lips to God's ears, Jman! Oh, and nice to see you again! :)

Well, the temperature in hell certainly seems to be dropping, 'cause six months ago, I figured The Donald had a snowball's chance of getting nominated, and he hasn't melted yet. :D

I see some folks talking about stashing away a lifetime supply of nic base. I've got what I calculate to be a 6 year supply. Now the regs drop and so what is the right play? Are lifetime stashers just assuming their nic would be vapeable 10 years down the line? 15 yrs? I could lay away 5 years supply with each liter of 100mg I could buy today, but don't know the quality I'd have at that point. Would it be smarter to wait the two years till implementation of the regs, knowing that the more I need it the more it will cost, and hope something good happens, or grab all I can now? Thoughts?

I would say slowly build up your stock. Label with the date you get it.
If/when it comes down to it and you have to start tapping into it, start with the older stuff first.

That's what I intend to do. I have a little bit stashed and am going to slowly build on that. Just purchased 3 - 500ml bottles last night. I will continue to purchase some every other month.
