durability? Don't wanna have an e-cig that is great for only a few weeks...

Don't wanna sacrifice performance for durability....Wanna have best of both worlds! Possible?

if it breaks, do i need to send back the e-cig to get a replacement and do you pay for postage?

You need to pay for postage for sending back each part. Usually it is the atomizer so shipping will be at most around $1. But.... I have been using these products myself for around a month and they have yet to fail :). I can only say that it is superior to the penstyle sold by the other great seller in california :).

Kate - MNZ's posts about David Yang is character assasination of the worst kind - don't jump on the band wagon.

Eye, I didn't take Kate's post as her jumping on the band wagon. If I'm not mistaken someone had asked earlier in that other thread for anyone who has done business with David Yang to please post their experience. Knowing Kate as I do, I'm guessing that she was simply bringing the thread to Gashin's attention so that he can hopefully shed some light on the situation with his own experience in dealing with Mr. Yang.

Of course, I could be completely off the mark with this and it could be that Kate the saintly Nun truly is jumping on the band wagon and doing all in her power to defame a man in China whom she doesn't know and personally has had no dealings with simply for her own amusement. ;)

Don't be so quick to judge me Eyespy, you might be wrong.

EDIT

To add: Haven't you added your own opinion to Michaels thread, what involvement do you have? Far from adding an opinion about something I know nothing about I merely linked two threads. Some people might appreciate that even if you disapprove.

Thanks Shannon. I am indeed of pure motive ;)

...and some people may see it as stirring the pot ;)

So far I see:

1 person slagging off David Yang because of a failed business venture.
1 person not happy with the taste of some carts supplied by DY.
4 people who were singing DY's praises before his ex business partner decided to post "The truth about David Yang"

Truth my ....!! - When MNZ recommended DY to us http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/e-cigarette-suppliers-forum/2774-introducing-david-yang.html after their business venture had ceased - he knew then about all the nasties he complains about in his post http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo.../3563-great-service-david-yang.html#post57166 so why would such a straight-up guy as MNZ recommend such a dodgy dealer to the forum unless MNZ is not quite so straight-up or the dodgy dealer is not so dodgy after all

My dealings with David Yang ? - I have spoken to David on the phone but the line was so bad we reverted to email - the contact was regarding his penstyle which I was considering purchasing - still am once my finances recover after a recent spending spree. In both cases (phone and email) David came across as a very helpful guy :thumb:

One other thing to consider - one of the reasons MNZ gave for going into business with DY was that DY did not have a good command of english - it must be very difficult for someone to see their reputation publicly damaged and not be able to lucidly defend their corner.

My gut tell's me David is ok, and hopefully it will work out fine. I have spent over 3k buying, and trying stuff to find the best. The e.cig/liquid combo is the ONLY way I have been able to quit cigs. I just hate getting ripped off. I emailed him again yesterday, but, no reply, again. He did reply fast when I emailed him about my biz plan for next year, and a big purchase, but, this was before I realized he was the seller I bought from, on ebay. I did not put it together, when he was introduced here, on the forum.

That was bloody refreshing. :thumb:

Good on you both for standing up for yang.

It is however mis-placed loyalty.

I've only touched on the issues that arose and were created by yang.

I've put my side of the story and I've put out a sufficient number of items to justify my comments. I do not intend to produce any further evidence.

My introduction of and promotion of yang after our business relations ended was simply my good business ethics and allowing yang to have a decent chance to try and prove himself on his own after the issues I'd been through with him.

If you wish to continue to deal with him, that is entirely up to you. Be aware of the problems I and others have presented and consider whether you think it's worth the hassle of dealing with somone in China or not.

e-cig.com anyone ?

I am starting to get a little concerned of where this david yang slang is heading as it seems he does a fantastic product according to some members but then in come the haters who seem to stop at nothing to do the one thing that is supposedly wrong FLAMING

After several days of being busy with some stuff, finally I got some time to stay here now. and I noticed that some real bad things happened here, more seriously, it gets more and more people confused. I planned to forget this at the very begining, as I think the forum is a place for people from different places to enjoy ecig. but I think if I do not say sth about it, seems this will get more people confused and misunderstanding all the people involed. um... It may take 2-3 hours to write more to explain with my poor english.

As to the products quality, people may read the reviews,

As to the attack of my self, first it has nothing to do with my products, second, please give me some time to sort it out, I think this is a totally cultural difference/conflict from all difference countries. I will spend several hours organise my poor english, but anyway I will not blame anyone here now and in the future, :D

I am getting tired of reading these posts about David Yang,
many of these posts about David Yang are character assasination and not what I expect from a forum which is supposed to help people,

give the guy a chance, maybe his english is about as good as your chinese.....

May I strongly suggest --

those with personal bad experience have already said their piece.

those with no knowledge or experience of David,
should hold their piece and their tongues.

those of us with good knowledge or experience of David
will continue to support him.

the bottom line here folks is this, ---

those who know and trust David and his products will continue to buy from him......

those who do not want to buy from him for whatever reason, - will not .....

those who do not know him or his products will make up their own minds ......

shall we move on now ......

I thought crucifiction stopped after jc .......:p

dikerry.......
