Ok so I got me a Protank 2 last week and decided to give the Davide a try as well this week. Got it a couple of days ago. Right away I could see that it lacked a little of the Protank quality but the glass tank is thicker on the Davide. I was kinda nervous about the drip tip cause I have seen people say that it fits loose. They do fit a little loose but its not like its going to fall out.

As for the draw I love it! Not too airy and not too tight just right. I didn't like the tighten draw of the Protank 2 and even started to use the base from the original to get a better draw.

Flavor is great! I compared it with the Protank 2 and the flavor was much more pronounced in the Davide.

I went through 3 tankfuls of the Davide and have experienced no gurgling or leaking.

They both put out equal amounts of vapor as far as I can tell. And they are still both juice hogs (But all the great vapor has to come from somewhere!)

So the winner in my opinion is the Davide....Besides it being cheaper it has a better draw for my taste and in my opinion has a better look to it overall. YMMV

Haven't tried the Protank 2 yet, but I got my Davide yesterday. It's definitely an improvement on the Protank 1. The draw with the stock heads seemed to just right compared to the airy Protank, which I have been using evod heads in. I don't know if it's because of the improved base or if the Davide heads are slightly different, but it's really nice. I'm going to have fun experimenting with the various rebuild techniques and see if I can improve it even more with cotton wicks, microcoils, or ekowool. I also can't wait for the 5ml upgrade... 5ml tank on my Tesla or MVP and I can go all day without having to carry a juice bottle around!

ProTank < Davide < ProTank 2

The ProTank 1 had its fair share of issues, but they have been greatly improved in the second version. I wouldn't discount the Davide as being necessarily inferior, but I really get such a high quality vape with the ProTank 2. I did have a leak issuue with my Davide but have been told it's a rare occasion.

I just recieved my Davide yesterday but waiting on my new juice which should be here today before I fill it up and give it a try. This is my first time using anything like this tank. I have only used carto tanks and ce4s since I started Vaping. Can't wait to try it! Are there any tips or tricks to getting the best performance out of these glassomizers or should it be good to go right out of the package? And one last question will these perform equally as good no matter what pg vg ratio you use?

Been playing around with both of these tanks and yes, a significant improvement over the PT1. Both the PT 2 and Davide performed similarly with several of my Mods including my Provari. The Davide has a better fitting Drip tip, and overall, better aesthetics, IMO.

The edge goes to the Davide mainly due to cheaper price but not cheaper in quality. :vapor:

Good idea to rinse both tanks off before use, and not to over fill. Been using mainly a 50/50 mix and performance has been good to above average. :vapor:

Hmm, may have to correct myself, been having some gurgling issues with the Davide, especially when tank is 3/4 filled. Had to blow out several times and thus waste juice ....yuck! Not the same with the PT 2 which has been performing well. Hence, after a few refills and coil changes, the edge has to go to the PT 2! :vapor:
