Davide tank question

I just got one and I love it but was wondering since it takes either Davide or Kanger heads which do some of you prefer in this tank? And whatever head you do use, do any of you mod it and take the little flavor wicks out that rest on top of the coil? I just want to get the best performance with this kind of tank.

I have both the ProTank Coils and the EVOD coils. I have used both on the Davide Tank.

If you like a tight draw, use the EVOD coils.
If you like an airy draw, use the ProTank coils.

I have never removed any of the wicks. My juices are 50/50 and work fine with the coil as is. Generally if you have a high VG percentage then remove a wick. To answer your question, it is all trial and error on your part to find out what works best for you.
