Definitely not my intention to start an argument or be antagonistic , was just looking for your opinion on what you think the other ingredients are, and since your not the manufacturer of it, you probably don't know. And why would you delete my question...that's weak.

i dont think they add antying, bobas is a super popular juice and they are a superb company, what im trying to say it is very normal for juice makers to use distilled or purified water to thin the juice just a tad, this prevents burning and other issues, some people use flavoring which is pretty thin as well which will also thin the juice down, all im saying is 100% vg juice with 100% vg flavoring and non diluted with any type of water is much thicker then bobas , i readded you post

I think what happened here is the assumption that PG is used to thin the Bobas, not being an eliquid expert myself, that was my first thought when you said it's not 100% VG.

All good...
i got what your saying all good, glad to help you out, and as i said if youd like to try 100% vg with no water added and 100% vg flavoring ill send ya some but be warned that its very thick, better for dripping then using it in a tank like stardust or cartomizer etc..

When any juice maker talks about their PG/VG ratio... they are not talking about any other ingredients that must also be used... in otherwords, the additives used are not part of the ratio number mentioned. Alcohol and water are used typically to thin the juice just as Bad mentioned ( if it needs some thinning ), alcohol isn't used often since it evaporates quickly. The flavorings used are also not part of the ratio number as well.

Natural flavorings can be extracted with several methods, into PG, VG, alcohol, and/or water. Some vendors don't consider that a flavoring extracted into VG or PG ( Alien Visions probably uses a VG, alcohol or water extraction and not PG, but that is a guess )... so even if the flavoring is extracted into say PG... and they put it into a VG base... they will say 100% VG when in fact it may not be... Better vendors actually do take it into account when quoting their ratio's, just not all of them.

Copy that...standing by.

Here's why I love the Aspire BDC coil setup...if anyone cares. I've been using Evod's and Anyvape Davide mini's for some time now, they're very solid and I've never had a problem...but, they foul the darker liquids rather quickly, I believe this is due to the wicks always exposed to the tankful of liquid, as the coil fouls it leaches the burnt liquid out the wicks into the clean tankful...4 tankfuls in the Evod or Davide and your liquid doesn't look so fresh.

I picked up the Aspire version of the Evod, as you know the wicks aren't exposed to the entire tankful of liquid...I've gone through 10 tankfuls of Bobas with zero fouling or discoloration , and the flavor is right there, so I believe this is a huge improvement over the Kanger style coil...Just my opinion, your results may vary.

I noticed the same in my case. no discoloration of the juice. Fantastic performance.

Hi All! Just a little of Woody's Words of Wisdom(lol, sorry can't help myself). I have been hitting the Anyvape Davide BDC for 2 1/2 weeks now and I am still on the same head. Tank filled with HUSH(the best juice IMHOP), and running at 8w on a 2.2ohm coil. Large Vapor and great taste. I will update on when I finally change out the head.

Hey, I'm kinda freakin out.
I just got in THREE Davide BDC's & THREE Aspire ET-S's & a 5-pack of coils.

I usually rinse out new tanks & such before using, but I was so psyched that I filled up an ET-S right away - let it sit for ten minutes - gave a few primer puffs - hit the switch & started vaping, and MAN-oh-MAN did it make my favorite juice taste nasty/chemically/like I was breathing in noxious fumes (& yes the Liquid is PLENTY steeped - use it all the time... tried at superlow voltage & worked my way up- then it tasted toxic AND burnt).

Point is - I IMMEDIATELY took my THREE Davides & THREE ET-S's & dismantled everything - thoroughly washed with hot water (then soaked in unflavored denture cleaner as I do with my other tanks) & let em sit overnight to dry after a final rinse.

Filled up my first Davide this morning & everything was GREAT.
Filled up my SECOND Davide - and it was leaking like a sieve (still is).
Took the first one apart & compared it to the second one (& THIRD one:blush:) & saw that there's a tiny plastic grommet-type thing not in either my second or third tanks.

WTH can I do? They must've gone down the drain (since I had no idea they were there!) during initial cleanup.
Any thoughts on how I can get 2 of those itty bitty white plastic pieces?
(withOUT buying 2 MORE tanks & robbing em from them?)
HELP!!!

Well, sure, but I was trying to see if there's any thoughts on how I could actually use ALL THREE as BDC's, as I had intended (withOUT taking the one apart, rinsing the grommet, reassembling the first one -without.a.grommet.-, placing grommet in second, and repeating that process all the time silly-face!:p)

Protanks (single coil) are o.k., but I end up taking the flavor wicks out, PLUS I don't HAVE more than 2 Protank heads on hand (which I plan to use in my Protank).

I KNOW it was my bad as an oversight on disassembly ... and single coils are fine & all ... just looking to be able to use all my Davide tanks at the same time. (as bdc's - that is):(

Thanks in advance.

Any thoughts on replacements would be appreciated

Smokie we will check on this again, but at this time they have not made that plastic piece available for purchase. That was why we iterated in our description to be very careful with the white piece.
Thanks, Woody.
Hindsight is 20/20 & all, but UNFORTUNATELY I just discovered this post today, so the information I had was - what was on the box: "assemble these SEVEN pieces" - (look at yer box:toast:)
- This info at the site I bought em from:

"Product Details

The Davide BDC Glassomizer is a truly unique and amazing atomizer - it is the "transformer" of the atomizers, in other word a "Transformizer" ™! Absolutely gorgeous on a Mod or APV design.
The Davide BDC combines the best atomizer launched by Anyvape with the first Glass Tube Locking System and the BDC (Bottom Dual Coil) technology launched by Aspire atomizers with dual heating coils - bottom fed - to provide twice the vapor and greatly improves the vaping experience. The Davide BDC Glassomizer is also compatible with the Anyvape BCC heads (used in the Davide & Mini Davide) by simply removing the BDC head adapter. The Davide BDC Glassomizer is simply the most powerful and versatile atomizer of them all - a true "Transformizer" ™, and its compatibility with the BCC heads makes the Davide BDC a very cost effective way to vape.

Do not forget to purchase some extra coils before checking out.

The BDC coil uses a resistance / no-resistance design to provide the purest vape flavor.

Usage Comments:
• Please read the simple "Quick Start Guide" on the back of the package.
• If you are new vaper or simply new to this product - please read the product care guide if you have not done so already for some important recommendations on how to use your atomizers and batteries."

- and these pics:
Davide Anyvape BDC Glassomizer 10.jpgDavide Anyvape BDC Glassomizer 9.jpgDavide Anyvape BDC Glassomizer 2.jpg which can be found online.

Not tryin to be argumentative at all... I'm always EXTREMELY careful taking things apart, so that I know how to put em back together correctly.
I dunno what happened in this case, but these little buggers slipped past my radar.
Oh well.
Single coil Davides I now have 2 of!;)
:toast:

*EDIT* -The error was mine.-
Just want a couple more of these little pieces.
I was so excited, and it's just a let-down...
- because the Aspire ET-S's have an awful twang to em that I can't stand at any voltage for some reason = 3 wasted tanks.
- coupled with my blunder on two of my Davides.
(Got one set up with one of my Protank heads tho!:D):vapor::drool:

General info which applies to many vaporizers with wick/coil setups...

It used to be common practice for the manufacturer to ALWAYS use a primer on the coil/wicks... this often lead to taste complaints because of the primer ( usually a PG liquid since it is also antibaterial ).... The quality of the primer will determine if there is an "off" flavor or not on these. A few companies have quit using primer but not all by any means.

Since I can't keep up with which companies do use a primer and which do not... I always recommend rinsing out your head/coils or clearo's before use... consider it SOP on all so you don't get disappointed or surprised at any point.

I also extend the rinse an clean out procedure to all tanks or similar... I recommend it unless you are fond of the taste of the machine oils used to manufacture some of these types of parts.

I also recommend rinsing out your salad stuff you purchase at the grocery store even when they claim to wash it before you get it :D
