Ok so I am an engineer with a fascination for chemistry. I bought my first Vape yesterday the Aspire BDC with spacer/air flow regulator hooked up to a Vision Spinner 1500mHa. First fill flooded like mad. I upped the voltage to 4.5~4.7 and got rid of the flood. Oh the juice is Tru Vapor MB 24mg nic. The flavor is mild or as I am reading muted. The throat and volume are good. Bottom line it gave me the confidence to put down the cigs.

After reading all of the awesome content on here I figured picking up a few spare heads and a tad more juice would be prudent. The impulse got me. Right there in the glass case under lights was the PT3. Having very little experience with vaping I figured try another flavor and have a spare.

Similarities don't tell the story between the two so I will stick to differences. As an engineer the PT3 is far more thought out and robust. The over all design theories are exactly the same just the nuts and bolts lend to a beefier more easily maintained tank. The vape off the PT3 is dramatically more flavorful but to be fair I should add the PT3 is vaping a house blend called Cowboy 24mg nic 40/60 Pg/VG. The volume is not quite the as much as the Aspire BDC but again I must say I am still playing with the voltage. The throat and pull are good on both if just slightly more resistance on the Aspire BDC.

For the sake of fairness when the tanks run dry I will clean them both and run the same trials with the opposing juice to make sure the results are not just the different juice.

Hope this helps. Oh and having smoked a pack a day for 25 years, this vaping has put an end to the cigs. I am sold. Already the dry smokers cough is diminishing. If any of y'all want to ask a specific difference between the two feel free. I have both filled and at hand.

My first day is not a good indicator as a totally spilled or rather blew about half a tank all over my lap. I was getting gurgling and bubbling and had read a tip on another forum to try taking the tank off the battery and blow through. DONT DO IT! Vaping wise it looks like about 1-2ml

For dry hits and gurgles you should do dry pulls.. pull on the tank without hitting the button. Blowing into the tank will probably make it leak.
