Ok guys, well now its been around 49hours with no analog and today will be the test returning to work.....

Hopefully wont be to bad as the guys at work have seen these devices before and also I convinced a good friend to go and buy one last week.

So far, YES i want a real smoke, but HELL NO will I lapse into having one... going to to be tough... especially my morning smoke before getting on my motorbike to go to work (the motorways or as you could say Highways in the morning stress me the hell out with the morning rush to work)

Ah well, bring it on and wish me luck!!!

Have a great day all!! :2cool:

Any time you want a ciggy just vape yer fool head off 'til you don't want it lol. That's what I did. (Ok, I confess - it took me a week. I went to about half a pack a day, then six, then four, then none.) The important thing is to celebrate the ones not smoked as the victory that it is. Good luck and happy vaping.

Heyas Jake,

I've been vaping for a little over a month, and this is only my 3rd day without an analog. I just let the decrease in smoking come naturally. Hated the taste more and more, but when I needed that quick nic fix, if I wanted the nic more than I hated the thought of that taste in my mouth for hours afterwards, I smoked.

Do I want a smoke? Not really. Do I still get cravings? Somewhat, but not that strong, and the taste factor just sends me back to my pv.

So, try not to kick yourself if you smoke. And if you smoke, try not to let feelings of failure or disappointment send you back to smoking full time.

Best of luck,
Maximillian the Vaguely Disreputable
