Morning Coffee

like someone else said going to a stronger nic content..works for me, I use the 24% in the morning with my coffee for that throat hit I've even thought about trying the 36% just to see if that will curb my wants and needs...hiding smokes won't work, my wife's a light smoker and smokes (away from me) but if I want the real thing I know where she puts them...good luck, I know it's a tough one there

I vaped 24mg for a long time before I transitioned down to 11mg. Whenever I'd feel a need to light up, I'd just vape heavy for a few minutes and it would go away. Remember, it takes a few minutes for vaping to produce the satisfaction. Tobacco smoke penetrates deep into the lungs. Vapor is mostly absorbed by the mucous membranes in your mouth and sinuses. Little of it gets very far out into the lungs. Tobacco smoke particles are tiny. Vapor mist is composed of droplets that are too large to enter the alveoli. Lots of the mist ends up wetting the bronchial tubes with little absorption.

If you want the most nic absorption, vape a mouthful and inhale it just enough to be able to slowly exhale through the nose. It's a noticeable difference you can feel. Heavy hits into the lungs produce nearly as much satisfaction as exposing it to the mucous membranes. If anything, you will begin to experience irritation in your lungs with thick clouds and high PG juice.

Started vaping just 3 weeks ago. I still have that morning coffee and cigarette. I was a pack a day smoker for 50 years. I figure one or two with coffee is a great big improvement and I can't complain at this point.

The important thing is to vape long enough to appreciate the difference. If you just have to have a few cigs to get through the day, do it. Just set a date to reduce them and you will find that the urge is more mental than physical after a while. When I gave up the last 6 per day, there was absolutely no desire to have them back. You just have to give your body enough time to stabilize from the initial withdrawal before quitting the last few. Stepped withdrawal works as long as you transition to the ecig and keep hitting it enough to quell any urges

I just bought a new carton of cigaretts. Now I feel like I have to smoke them...........Dumb, or what?
So I feel like I am going to stay on my 3 analogs a day for a while. But I am not going to worry about it. I just feel sorry that I spent 50 dollars on it!

I used to go through a carton in a week. 200 cigs is enough for 3 a day and almost 10 weeks. Set a date and quit when the carton is gone.

The only thing keeping me from quitting was my love of cigs and coffee. What I did was find a juice flavor that went good with coffee.

It was Kahlua & Cream. I still vape tobacco flavors when I'm drinking coffee. If I hadn't found a flavor that went with coffee that related to tobacco somehow, I would have never quit.

If you like, I could send you some juice to try out. I DIY now.

And on the other side of the coin with nic levels in the morning with coffee. I chain smoked with my coffee in the morning. I had to use a lower nic juice with my coffee because I kept chain vaping and it was making feel bad and sick. I lowered the nic and felt better.
