depending on your device, don't underestimate the 18mg nic juice. it was the norm on devices 3 years ago, but if you put it in a sub ohm tank at 30+ Wat expect some nicotine od symptoms
(dizzyness sweathing ...)
you can mix your juices to get in between strengths, or get base pg vg liquids to thin them down to the strength you want
have a look in the liquid/DIY liquid section loads of advice there

Welcome and congratulations on taking the road to be a former smoker. It will only get easier as the days go by but trying the cutting down using e-Cigs did not work for me I had to go cold turkey and bear the brunt of it. Whatever works for you and we are all pulling for you!
