I know that feeling. After 5 days the cig will probably taste like cow patties. (trying to be nice) Look at it this way. You have 5 days of progress. If you do break down and have a smoke don't shoot yourself over it. The "addiction" is horrible but you can beat it. Count the ones you don't have and try to make each day better than the one before.

If it were me I'd get up and move every time it hit me. (But then I can walk to the kitchen and forget why I went there) For me the routine change, the reach habit were worse than the cravings.

Good luck, you're not alone, we've all been there.

Smoke a cigarette. Just like Sir2fyablyNutz said, it'll taste terrible and you wouldn't want to finish it. It's 5 days, one won't hurt you too bad in your journey to quitting. It took me about a week and a half before I cut everything out. Close to 2 weeks for my dad.

It sounds to me like you have a flooded coil on the Nautilus. It can happen if you over primed it or if you're really taking hard draws. The way to clear it is to turn the entire unit upside down and take a medium smooth draw. What this does is keep the wick holes above the juice level and it vaporizes the extra juice. The turn it right side up and you should see a few bubbles as the wick re saturates. You might get a little juice into the mouth but just spit it on a paper towel or bog roll as you all say.

You said you had it on max power. At 30 watts it will burn up the coil and taste terrible. Start low (8 to 10 watts) and take a small hit. bump it up and repeat. If it gets too warm, tastes funny or starts to taste burnt back it down. I usually vaped my Nautilus in the 12 to 15 range for the 1.6 ohm coils. Different juices will have different sweet spots.

With the iStick, click 3 times on the fire button to select watts. Set it at 8 with the arrow buttons and take a hit. To lock the setting in hold both arrow buttons down at the same time (I found using one thumb for both buttons easiest, but it takes a few tries to get it sometimes). If it moves when you are trying to lock it down, reset it and then try again.

It could be. It depends how much you use it and what's in the juice. I don't use my Nautilus mini a lot but I was just having the same problem. Gurgle, low vapor production, spitting. Changed the coil and it's back to normal.
could it be after 5 days? could it be the liquid, aromativ cool mint 25mg/ml.. only used half time

Chain vaping 25mg nic is what's making you feel ill most likely
are you using the 1.8Ω BVC coil in the Nautilus? How many watts/volts are you running it at?

I agree with the Rabbit. If you're chain vaping (common when you have a nicotine itch from the switch) the 25 mg could be making you ill. It's called "nicotine sick".

1.9ohm 29.6 w 7.5v, and its a slurp with the punch of a extra lite cigarette.

I don't know how the coil still works at that high a wattage, the wick should be toast. Change the coil, and start low (8 watts).

I vaped mine at 8.something volts once by mistake, on a new coil no less and it handled it, tasted great too, tasted so good, I had to look again and saw, 8V not 8W like I thought I had it on :)
But now I know I prime my coils well :D
