AHH man sorry it took so long Lori could not get the top cap off of it ! , it will be back soon ,.

I forgot what it is like to not have VV for vaping it has been so long .

This is the 2nd post where i've seen that the top cap couldn't be taken off. I got my Infinity from Bruce at COV & I swear, I go to unscrew a tank & the top wants to go with it, so i've got to hold it down. One time the Infinity wouldn't fire........checked everything.........sure enough, positive wire under the top cap had come off......my husband re-soldered the positive lead.

Debian Dog, I'd probably freak if the Infinity had to go in for a check up. I had a feeling that I'd love the Infinity, I just didn't know that I'd love it THIS much. Now I test all my juices at every single voltage I can..........no real reason, just because :)

If I had an extra I'd send it over to ya. However I'm pretty new to the NotCigs community & my one Infinity is the only one I have.

You need to have hubby put some lock tight on those threads. Then it will stop coming off on you.

Mike they have a release agent to soften that glue to remove them. Didn't know if you knew that.

We use Locktight blue , I will look for the release agent , we use heat and a rubber pad to remove them it works 95 % of the time.
the Pro series has a hole in the top cap to tighten and loosen it now ,.

It seems after reading up on it you are taking the right steps. The only release I found was aircraft strip but that would probably strip the PCB as well and it has harmful odors too.
