I bought an ego c twist for $15 yesterday. Charged all night but after 2 hrs of use the button flashes like 12 times and it wont fire. I looked and it seems 100% like when I bought. Put back on charger and it seems to be charging. What gives?

When you say 'won't fire' - do you mean that the button doesn't light up when pressed? ... or the light comes on but doesn't fire the atomizer/coil?
I take it you didn't purchase a Joye Ego Twist, but maybe a clone. I Joye will flash 3 times when put on the charger or after you turn it on or off. $15.00 is cheap for a Ego Twist battery. What mah is it and does it have a name?
I noticed that if there is e-juice on the connection from battery to atomizer it can cause a malfunction and my LED flashes. Just take a q-tip and wipe down both the battery and atomizer, give the battery a good charge and try again. Hope this helps!
Its better. I got a file and pulled out tab on battery a bit. Its only lasting me about 5 hours heavy vaping or 10 hours intermediately vaping. Yes!
Two days...send it back...if they won't take it...try to fix it with below
If you hork down on battery or head, it can crush the rubber gasket in the head and short, which means no charge or no firing, only snug it down gently
Sometimes it take 4-6hrs for a full charge

You shouldn't have a problem with ANY product after a days use...send it back, get another one!!!!!!!!

yes if it's only 2 days old I'd look into getting it replaced but also make sure that your ejuice device didn't leak onto the battery and short it out...this will cause the battery to stop working and as mentioned you'll need to clean it out and recharge.
Also make sure you are using the charger that came with the device and allow it to full cycle charge.
