DCA 306 with Rebuildable Atomizer, SS wick, no solder - atty made using 306 connector, 306 casing, nichrome, 400 ss wick and ceramic cup... still in the testing phase...seems promising.... ss wick is giving unmatched flavor ... finding the right combination of TH and vapor via the right combination of SS wick dimensions and nichrome would be Shangri-La

I like the idea of using as few metals as possible to build an atty. Many attys are made of 15+ different materials that carry their own stash of chemicals from their respective manufacturing processes... for example mesh, wick, wire, plastics coating the wire, tape, ceramic, kanthal, cotton, fiberglass, silica, sotter, brass, steel? wool , other unknown metals, rubber? o-rings, etc all carry extra chemical/organic/inorganic ingredients inherited from manufacturing, storage and distribution processes ...

In my view, an ideal atty would be made of as few materials as possible ... namely just medical grade stainless steel/anodized aluminum and kanthal in order to prevent any leeching of chemicals into the juice... This way, only the juice ingredients are taken in cleanly with no other surprises...

The flavor comes through nice and clean... TH is harsh in the beginning but once the atty settles in after a few burns, TH smooths out...It's a poor mans recycled 306 dripping Genesis? style atty? I don't even know what to call it... the flavor coming out is very promising...the mesh fully absorbs about 10-12 drops . The atty may even fit into an x tra long 306 drip tip but be careful as the high heat may eventually melt plastic with an airy draw... best to use DCA 306 as a casing -

Disclaimer: Entertainment purposes only :) ..... Please use caution and try at your own risk as this atty/process may short out your battery/mod if any wires are touching somewhere they shouldn't be... I wanted to see for myself if what they say is true about the flavor of ss wicks ... well .. it's true ... ss wicks should be the future of attys... until something else comes along... And coming along they are....heating plates (like in fog machines), sonic vaporizers, hot air going through juice to vaporize it, x tra high voltage to vaporize juice, and other "secret attys" are all in the works and under cover (rightly so, I guess) in order to protect intellectual property and copyrights and profits... but I say let the free flow of atty blueprints and development run wild cuz in the end, when the vapor clears, everyone benefits...
