DCT stops working when switching from my Provari

Hi. I have a DCT that I had on my Provari and it was working fine. I believe it was a 2 ohm or there about. Then I switched it to my Altoids mod and also tried it on my gripper and it wouldn't work on either device. When I tried going back to the Provari with it, I end up with an E1. It's an 808 thread and I have to use a shorty adapter with it on everything but the gripper, which is also 808 - so I know it's not that. Any ideas on why this happens? It's happened before so I know it's not a one time thing. Thanks.

Is this normal when dealing with a Provari? I've heard that they have problems with DCT's so I ordered a Zatty-A-Pro.

I only use DCTs on mine and have no problems. Maybe you could try pulling the post on the carto and see if that helps on the other 2. Also try taking out the battery and then try your Provari again.
