I switched to a new ( unused ) smoktech DCT 2.5 atty yesterday and today my provari is erroring. The display says 23.

If I decrease the voltage by .1 it works fine for several hours then 23 hits me again. And I repeat the process.

Im going to switch out the atty as soon as I use upmth juice in my tank but after checking the provari user Manuel ( PDF ) it doesn't list an error code 23. This is the first time I've ever seen this code.

Im just wondering if anyone knows what that code is or if anyone else has experienced this?

Thanks in advance for any info

Yes sir, that will be an E2 error. I've had those moments as well, but you're reading her upside-down. :)

E2 – Current Limit Exceeded – If this error appears, lower the voltage on the device or use a higher resistance atomizer. Once the problem has been fixed, the ProVari will reset itself.

Maybe drop her another .1 or so. Should help. :)

Have you checked the ohms of the carto you are using to see if it really is 2.5 ohms? I have a few cartos that aren't exactly 2.5.
