I couldn't really answer that from a tank standpoint however I do like the new (or new to me anyway) 510 CE2 Cartomizer XL Revision 5. These seem to give me a nice TH, vape with much less effort than the DCT on an EGO. I got mine from MVS. I liked it so well I tried to use it on my 5v and popped the coil after 3 drags. Wrecked 2 brand new ones doing this.
Hope that helps.

**EDIT**
although it is not a tank it should be noted that they will hold 1.8 mil.

Not sure of the accuracy of that statement but they can be used on pretty much anything with a 510 connection. With my peticular 5v it is a GLV 5v which has a resistor that self adjusts so I can run a 1.5 or 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and so on. Any of these are all driven to the same output in terms of vapor and voltage and such. I don't know the specifics but I have asked the questions and the answers all come back the same. K, now that I have gone a bit off track 1.5 dual coil are intended for low voltage units for supposed better vape reproduction but I have the 2.0 ohm one on one of my EGO's and I don't notice much of a difference.

I'm sitting here with a half full DCT with a 1.5 Smoketek carto on a 4 volt USB passthrough and I have the same problem. I can take a couple hits every hour or so, but they're tight as heck, weak and generally suck out loud. Amperage draw isn't the problem. I can't make it fire on my 5V at all or I'd try that. I'm thinking it's the carto, but I don't have a saddle clamp or any more punched cartos. I enlarged the hole in the carto because I use 80% VG, but it didn't help. The spare carto I got with the DCT was DOA. So far, the DCT's been a total waste for me. I think they're only good for thin juice.

Well agreed Dshark, as I say I have to suck till im out of breath to get a semi decent hit!

Not great,

guess ill stick with carto's and boges... good old boges ;)

Nothing like the good old boges.

They're still my favorite after trying nearly every type of cartomizers(dual/triple coils, DCT, mega dual coil, etc.)

At 1.5 ohms dual coil, that's 2 coils at 3 ohms each, with 1.4 amps through each coil, for a total of 2.8 amps drawn by the load. 5.88 watts of power dissipated. AFAIK, the only dual-coil carto's recommended for the Ego style batts are the 1.5 ohm, and I have found that they suck at producing vapor with a dual coil. You're going to be much better off as others have suggested with ce2's, fluxomizers, etc. A lot of folks on here recommend smoktech and boge single-coils as well. YMMV.
