DCT V2 tank and cartos from vapor geek problem

Hey Guys and gals, I have a question/issue...

I have an ego batt and just got a DC tank from vaporgeek, so far, its a love/hate... ease of use and all day vape = good but it seems to produce low amounts of vape =

So that's issue #1

Issue #2: I ordered a spare carto for it but it seems like it not the right one for this tank. Vaporgeek has been really good to me so far (about a month now) but I'm sorta .........

They only sell 1 type of tank (pre punched) carto and the flange around the bottom is different than the one on the tank...

The one on the tank is sort of oval shaped... its round with a part cut straight on either side... the spare carto I bought is also flanged but its all round... no nothches cut out... so it doesnt fit snugly into the groove cut in the bottom part of the tank...

I havent tried it yet but after my first week of using an ego-t with leaks all over the place (My coat smells like RY4!!!) I'm affraid to have this carto leak on me cuz the flange dont fit or have the hole not go in the tank far enough to draw liquid... anyone else having issues?

Im wondering if I should try it as-is, cut the parts off the flange myself (with wire cutters or something) or grind out the bottom of my tank with a dremel so it fits in there...

any thoughts?
