Non flanged carto and tank

Hello all, I was wanting to re-stock on my cartos for my tanks (the tanks that have the locking carto ring on bottom). I'm having difficulty finding cartos with the flange (or at least they don't look flanged in the photos or description). Do all cartos have a flange?

In the past I have only used cartos in my tanks but i would also like to use them alone as i plan to fly soon and hear the tanks don't like to hold up to the pressure changes when filled. I'm not worried about the flange with no tank but im worried about a carto without a flange in a tank (especially my carto locking tanks). I'm no stranger to punching my own holes so no worries there.

I have mostly been ordering through My Vapor Store and Discount Vapors. I was wanting to order cartos by the 5 pack around 1.5-2.2 ohms with a flange. Does anyone know a good carto vender?

I know smoktek.com sells flanged Smok cartos and they're prepunched. I haven't used them for quite some time but that's the last site I bought them from.
