Thought this was interesting. I wonder had it been easier to use, or if he had the patience if it might have saved his life.

He had changed a lot of his habits but just could never kick the smoking. He started working with that electronic cigarette but, not used to it, he didn't know how to charge it. He just kept smoking."

Not exactly hard to charge an ecig - lame excuse. He didn't WANT to quit tobacco smoking.

We watched the show and were sad to hear he died. Very sad situation.

We watch the show too. We were sad to hear of his passingas well. Just to piggy-back onto Kristins post, not only are e-cigs not hard to charge... but they come with directions.
I would have to say though, that no matter how much he used an e-cig, it was probably too late in his case.

He probably had a dud. I hear it all the time. "my ecig won't charge so I must be doing something wrong." The customer is always releived to hear that they haven't done anything wrong and that it is a defect which will be replaced by warranty. All of them are cheaply made in an assembly line factory setting. Most resellers do very little QC and will ship out whatever they get. I'm just saying...

I watched the show off and on myself.

I do, however, agree with Kristin. It's not hard to charge. If a man can run all that nautical equipment and then some. Plugging something into an outlet or a USB plug and turning a screw to set a battery in place is childs play.

I believe it wouldn't have helped at his stage. He loved is Tobacco, to that affect I can't blame him, I surely loved mine.

*Puffs on his 510* but not anymore, thanks to an understanding in the Vaping world.

That's awesome for Josh. I really love that show and I'm going to miss Phil.

If anyone is down for throwing in for a bada@@ chuck with a picture of the Cornelia Marie and a king crab, count me in.

Oh man, that would be sooooo cooool! I love Deadliest Catch, one of my most favorite shows! I wish Josh all the luck in the world, I'm sure he's gone through a whole lot and it's great hearing that he's trying to change his ways for the better :)

I'll buy it for him if anyone can make sure he'll get it and is wanting to try it.
Seriously, if someone else wants to handle the contacting him part, I'll be happy to pay for it.

Although it wouldn't shock me if Jeff would just make it for free.
Would be a pretty nice advertisement for him.
    :)
