I just got these and i am flummoxed on how to fill them.
The instructions early in this thread are confusing.
This is supposed to be a top fill device, but don't see how that is supposed to work.

Can you please post directions for dummy's version of how to fill these.

Thanks

I have the same question, how the heck do you fill this thing? I'm assuming it involves the top post that the drip tip fits on? I can see the openings on the top cap from underneath but no amount of twisting the post back and forth opens access to the fill holes? Me no get it.......

OK, I think I get it now, the drip tip is supposed to unscrew the inner top piece that fits into the top of the glass tube top cover. The drip tip has to line up with that inner top piece that goes into the glass tube top cover in order to remove the drip tip and inner piece as one, thus exposing the fill holes. It's just a little tricky getting the drip tip lined up right with that inner top piece so that they remove as one piece, I had to carefully remove that inner top piece and then connect it to the bottom of the drip tip. Seems fine now.

that is correct, removing the mp will not get you into the juice section, thats to protect form spilling. so you have to line it up and press down just like you said

i had the same issue - follow the back of the box, and unscrew the drip tip, instead of pulling it out.

Wow, these are complicated little suckers!

To fill...

1. Remove drip tip.
2. Turn stem to close juice delivery holes at bottom of tank.
3. Put drip tip back on, use drip tip to unscrew upper inner plug
4. Fill
5. Rescrew in upper plug
6. Remove drip tip
7. Turn stem to open bottom juice delivery holes
8. Reinstall drip tip.

I am not sure if steps 2 and 7 are needed or not.
Is that stem there to adjust juice delivery amount?

Kinda bummed that you have to use the metal drip tip. I hate metal drip tips.
Maybe just keep the metal one around for filling and replace with the one I want after filling?

i'm glad you posted this, was trying to figure out why my second taste was getting no vape/nothing, but did have a connection (load on my sigelei v5, which is a issue i have with most Protanks) - took off the drop tip, turned the stem a bit, and it started working.. first tank i didn't have to do that with, so maybe it depends on how much you fiddle.

Either I did something wrong when I first got it, or I got one that isn't working as it should. I could not get it to unlock. I tried turning the drip tip (pushing in, getting it lined up with the grooves) and then pulled it off and turned the stem thing every which way and nothing. After I got desperate, I pulled the center stem out entirely and it finally got juice to the coil, but flooded. I put the stem back in, and I still can't get it to unlock. I ended up rotating the white plastic thing at the bottom to open the holes feeding the coil. It works great now, and holy cow on the taste, but I don't think I did anything right and I'm worried I may have messed it up.

After this tank is empty, I'm going to take it all apart and see if I can figure it out. Maybe the inner stem isn't connected where it should be? Maybe I'm not even turning the right thing? I don't know. It's been a long time since I felt like a vaping newb.

*eta*

I don't want my post to make others wary of trying out this glassomizer. I can't say enough about the flavor from this thing. The best vape I've ever experienced, hands down. Crazy amount of vapor, no burning of the juice at all (had issues on the Nova for some reason with this juice), just insanely good. If I can't get the lock feature to work, I really don't mind. Biggest problem I have is that I'm incredibly clumsy and I don't know how long this glass tank will last considering my history of dropping PVs.

Hrm... Wish I could help out here. I mean, for me, it really is as simple as unscrewing the drip tip/top cap and rotating the center post counter clockwise to close and clockwise to open. You can see the channel open up or close up right there at the bottom.

I hope you get it sorted and I really wish I could help...
