well i bought two of each if you dont want new design write in comments in checkout i have to see whats all the rave about!! has anyone tried them? he said that they are indeed new and improved but ppl are putting old carts to the new attys and complaining that they dont fit and they wont simply because when you use the cart over and over they wear a bit and the heating of atty tends to srink the cart a bit after use now he did say the new atty is a hair bigger and the carts that come with them fit snug but not tight like what we are used to but they do not fall off and if you dont overfill they wont leak!! plus if you have any 901 carts they will fit really tight allmost to tight but after you force it on your good to go just like the 510 fit we know! so i have some coming from Rob at vapor country;)

I sense they are too busy dealing with your orders to address every thread about this.

What I was told, by Noah, is that he got the new atty's from Eastmall and he was told they are the newest from Joye. He's going with what he was told.

I have 4 of them. They are great to drip with. my older used carts are loose in them. A new unused cart is better. What they come with for a cart, is just a cap, great for dripping, but you can't fill it as the filling won't reach.

Physically they look neater, and better put together. The classic Titan's have had some loose fibers, and one of them the mesh ripped on me the first week I had them. These don't look as fragile to me. I got great vapor from them, they work very nicely. Yes they will leak if you lay em down..they are slightly larger. These are probably better suited to dripping than not, and for that purpose, one might be very pleased. The bridge is higher.

So...that's the info I got, and I doubt you guys are going to get much different. They give you a choice, and so you can try something different, or get what you had. I don't understand what the deal is? It's not like they aren't under the same warranty. If you don't like the new send em back, if you don't want the new, Don't Buy Them!

If Noah was given the wrong info, he'll find that out eventually. I don't think he has any more info. He has been in other threads letting you know what he knows. He's just trying to give people more bang for their buck. I think the only lesson he hasn't learned yet, is that you can't make everyone happy. All this bashing sure proves that.

Lets be clear about why everyone is so angry...or at least why i am...
I do not want them to address every thread here. i want them to deliver on what they promise. I have written about this in other threads. If there are issues they need to make people aware of them...thats all...be up front about things with people. When you say you are getting orders to USPS within 48 hours do it, or if there is a problem tell people about it...don't wait for them to contact you.
When they do contact you, do not tell them you will send them tracking numbers one day and fail to deliver. If you are unsure as to whether or not you can, do not promise.
I go by the motto under promise over deliver...and it can go a long way.
While I am highly frustrated about the whole situation, i am not going to bash them and call them names. I am just afraid to purchase anything else because of all of this, but I am also afraid that if I do not order I will miss out on very good prices!
I want to see them do well! I want them to be my supplier.

They have, and every time they do, there is more of this. Deal with them directly, not over this forum. this is not their place of business. This is just a convenience for everyone. All this does is create more confusion. The problem is the questions have been answered, but there are a dozen threads, several pages long, and someone else comes along and reads the last page. This doesn't help anything!!
