My Order is 510TITAN MP(old attys)

I received my Innovapor order last week(ultimate kit). I specified new attys, got all old ones. I've heard of Titan and am OK with those. Attys were marked "510TITAN MP" My batteries are also marked MP, maybe Titan as well? Are all Titan made by joyetech?
Another point, my attys were prepped with a very strong tasting and smelling brown fluid that almost caused me to send back the whole kit as I thought that it was the Ecopure Fresh that I was tasting. It wasn't. I used the cleaning procedure in one of the videos on their website, that fixed it. I still haven't decided whether or not to recommend Innovapor yet, since there seems to be no way to know with certainty what your will get.

Thanks, it appears that I've got one good atty out of the six that I received. One gives good throat hit, four are weak and one DOA. Is this common?

No..I've personally never heard of that.

Old attys are good because they do not leak. Lots of people reporting leakages on the new style.

You'll need more anyway, so you'll just buy the new ones later... we always need backup attys.

You experienced the primer on your atty, that's why it tasted crappy. Give each a good clean, and the taste will be gone. Also, they need to break in. 510s perform "ok" at first, but after a couple days of use, the vapor production goes WAY up as does flavor.

I got a Titan three days ago from The Electronic Cigarette Company and it's very disappointing. I've only got one atty (5 more in the post) so nothing to check against yet but it's either that or there's dodgy stuff cos I'm getting terrible vapour. Plus when I drip (yes with the manual sealed batt like I'm supposed to!) it leaks like hell. Need a tissue every two minutes. I'm praying this is an atty problem. Anyone got any ideas?

it shouldnt be leaking. maybe you just have too much liquid in the cartridge, because mine never leaks.

how many drops do you put in your cartridge at a time?

i got 4 in my original kit, the first one worked for one day then died, i switched to #2 and have been using it for 2 weeks now. i made sure the others at least worked and they heat up so ill have to try them soon. anyway the i emalied them about the bad one and yes it took them a long time to mail me the return paid envelope but i just got it today. the replacement i got is an old atty so i just wonder how it will perform. when i tried to see if it worked it popped really loud but still worked, so i hope it is ok.

are you going to get replacements?

MP stands for multi-pack.. the kits I got from Inno were still in the TW multi-pack boxes. My attys are working fine.(old style)

Yep, MP is the Multi-Pack branding from Totally Wicked. I saw it on my IV order when it got when and wondered what it was for. Then got a multi-pack of atomizers from TW today, and now I know what it stands for.

When I placed my kit order at IV my only choice for atomizer was the so called "new" style. I was pretty happy when my order actually had the Titan atomizer from TW.

Thank you all, there's a lot of good info. I'm getting replacements, Titans I believe, they told me that the 30Ks are discontinued. I'm retesting my weak attys while waiting for the replacements.
In case some don't know, make sure to use (ATTN:Noah...,etc) as mentioned on first page of Forum, in your correspondence. Works better than "to whom it may concern"

The band on the atomizer doesn't mean anything whether its genuine or not. Thick band, thin band, doesn't say who made it.
