Dear friends, Would anyone like to help my neighbor who is a veteran?

Hello, I want to help my neighbor who is a veteran. He has smoked since since 10 years old. He doesnt own a computer. Someone gave him 1 ego battery, 1 clearomizer, 10ml of juice and a usb charger which he has no way of charging. I have quit nicotine altogether. I'm really looking to get him started. I showed him how it worked. He appeared to have liked it. Now really. Let's think outside our self here. My neighbor is struggling like a man that wants to vape however has no means to.

David and Pam if you are reading this please feel some compassion on my neighbors behalf. He is struggling at the moment.
