Dear fixed something that wasn't broken.
Most all great inventions were discovered by total accident, and If Mr. Accident had gotten a patent, A lot of people would not have been able to steal his designs so easily. So be careful.
Nurse Cratchet is still frizzed off about that, especially after I told her that she would have to keep the batteries charged.
Maybe someone will rig and adapt a solar charger and position the panels in the right spots...

To your knowledge, has anyone tried to mod an Ego Cone (or maybe an Echomizer) as a tank? The various tank mods are great but they still look like Frankensteins.

if thats all you want you dont even need a mod. try a MaXimizer Giantomizer type thingy they match the ego exactly.
I think the reviews on the Giantomizer are running about 100 to 1 against - I haven't seen any reviews on the "improved" version. But yes - that's what I'm looking for - perhaps one with a replaceable carto instead of CE2 innards.
well for what its worth i put clear tubes on the old version ones instead of the metal and they worked well. I havent used the newer one yet but i would think it would work the same as any ce2.
if you dont want a ce2 and you want a carto inside then the gummy tank is the only way to go.

I'm feeling discouraged. With my new stock of revised MCUs, the SPI bus doesn't work anymore and I can't figure out why. To top it off, I got a new [expensive] DC power supply and didn't realize it spikes really bad when I turn it on. That shouldn't happen. I didn't realize my board was hooked up to it when I turned it on and it trashed the circuit. The circuit design Gods are conspiring against me.

I don't think it was The circuit design gods. It could be Nurse Cratchet. She is 1/2 Cajun ya know, perhaps she put a VooDoo root on you.
She's been in a really foul mood lately. I would give her a raise but we all work here for free so that wouldn't work. Any ideas how to cheer her back up?

I think the off topic chatter in the waiting room put Nurse Cratchet in a foul mood...
Tell the nurse it's ok.; we all get a bit run down once in a while. Just pop some new 18650s in her and watch her vape!
It must have been the nurse, I dont' think I've ever had two major setbacks in one day. Please, we must cheer her up!
I'm not gonna try that, she's still frizzed at me for putting a TI chip in her "Vape & Vibe" .
Vaping has never caused me to cough until I took a toot and read 'putting a TI chip in her Vape & Vibe"'. 
Maybe you should mod her V&V to use 26500 batts Gummy. That should cheer her up!
