And he issued a warning, hinting at the filibuster he has threatened in the past to shut down debate on the Senate floor.

Good luck on that. Last I looked the bill had 50 co-sponsors in Senate. That means only needing 10 more to get cloture.

I'm not totally surprised considering what a dirty campaign he ran here in OR. I find it somewhat amusing that all the products thate were mentioned belonged to PM's competition. Not a word about any of good old Phillip Morris's products....
