This was my plan at first! I bought the mini planning on getting the Kir Fanis extension, but the, roughly, $40 to get it, the life I'm getting out of the 18350's,and the size of the mini, I'm fairly happy so far! I'd love the extension, but can't honestly say how often I'd use it. Also, that, roughly, $40 goes a ling way getting other things in my world!

Indeed... Like 4 more 18350's... LoL If you have enough batteries, who cares if it dies?

I started out with a Provari 3 weeks ago. How time flies. One thing I would have done different. I assumed that the carto's would work for me and bought a tank. Now I am mostly using atomizers. Just better flavor for me. In hindsight I would not have ordered a tank. Now I'm going to buy a Z Atty Pro. Also bought a very nice carto punch tool which I suppose I will sell. I think its inevitable your going to end up with gear you don't use anymore :) The important thing is to get started and buy a lot of juice.

I have had the exact opposite experience. :D I never got the hang of dripping. Too messy, time-consuming, impossible to do in the car or at work.

I love the carefree vaping I get with 2 or 3 cartotanks, each with their own flavor, lasts me all day and night, can be used everywhere, refills take me a minute each with each tank, about 4 minutes to start a new carto and tank.

Thank you guys for all the help so far. I dont think dripping sounds like much fun. I am thinking the cartos and tank systems are for me. Liking what I read about the VV nova which I could get from provari for a decent price.

A side question....

My friend says I can also burn dry herb's in the provari if I buy the right part. What part for that be ?

That was my plan...:) I'm sure I will give it another go in a week or so.

I too ditched the analogs at the beginning of the year. After many discussions with a friend who's been vapping a while now I decided to go with the provari mini blem, 2x 18350 batts and charger, and 2x dct carto tanks. After 2 weeks I've already ordered the extension cap, 18490 batts, and a couple vivi nova tanks. I couldn't be happier with my PV and being the tinkerer that I am already looking into RBAs

Let's just say these types of practices are discouraged buy this site and most of it's members as it puts ecigs in a light we don't want them to be in!

Provari in your choice of color with extension cap. Blue or green LED (Easier on the eyes than the dafault red). No extended warranty (You won't need it).
_____

RTD Vapor

Batteries - 2 18650 AW IMR ; 2 18490 AW IMR. You will then be able to use the smaller size when out-and-about, and the longer size for home. I frequently switch from standard to extended mode since I have both.

Charger - If you want to go best, get the Pila. If not, the Xtar's are a quality value choice.

Plastic Battery Cases and Drip Tips If you plan on packing extra batteries in your pocket, you'll need this for safety reasons. RTD has one of the largest, most varied collection of drip tips of any site. Get a couple while you're here.

______

Cartomizers - I use laser-drilled, single coil, standard resistance (2.5-3.0 ohm) in my tanks.

Ikenvape Platinum or 510 Fusions Punched! ("mega" designates an XL length) https://www.ikenvape.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1860

Smoktek 3.0 ohm single coil tank replacements with one or two laser-drilled holes Single Coil XL Tank Cartomizer for the SmokTank XL

_____

Cartotanks IBTanked - Get Tanked With Us! 19 mm pyrex glass diameter fits the Provari perfectly. Choose the tube length to the carto you wish to use. Standard tank for 35mm cartos; XL tank for 45mm cartos. Your choice of acrylic plastic or stainless steel endcaps. Cartos and drip tips also available. Recommend the tank filling tool, too.

_____

Carrying Case/Organizer Sold by Smokeless Image for their eGo sized batteries, this is a great case for a Provari. Unlike all the other eGo cases sold by other vendors, this one's webbed pockets open the same way on both sides of the case, so no falling out of supplies when you open it up. Room to carry your Provari, extra batteries, juice bottles, cartotanks or other juice carrying devices, etc. So what it says "VOLT" on the case? Smokeless Image | The Best Electronic Cigarette

DO IT!!!!!
im only a week and a half into vaping on my provari and love every minute of it!
except that damn clunky menu system :glare:
i just had to have the provari after reading so many reviews, rants and raves!
im also new to vaping and im almost 7 days analog free!
First of all, congrats on 1 week going smoke free! You are over the worst part. :toast:

The menu will grow on you to the point that it's hassle free. The most used modes are at the beginning, so it's not that time consuming. I pretty much had it mastered after 10 minutes of play. What I find a little frustrating is waiting the 4 seconds after changing voltage before I can take a vape.

I've quit analogs before cold turkey. 3 well 4 times now. Never lasted more than 2 months but this time with vaping quitting seems like its easier than it ever has in the past!

I'm definitely used to the menu system now and love my provari. I'm using a hh357 LR and leave it at 3.7v all the time, still waiting for my tanks to come in since my eGo tank doesn't seem to fit?

Thanks for all the help so far,

I am about ready to place my order. Just need a some of you to check it and give me your last opnions and let me know if I missed anything

Here goes...

ProVari V2 Satin Silver - Blem
[510 Cartomizers?:Yes, Add a 5 pack of 510 Cartomizers(3ohms)]

510 Atomizer ( grabbed this for trying e-juices before i fill a carto, good right ?)

ProTips Delrin ( i should get this for mt atomizer right ?)

E-Liquid Bottles with Tips (4)

2 x Vivi Nova V3 - 3.5ml Tank System - Clear

3 x AW 18490/18500 IMR High Drain Battery

1x Xtar WP2 II charger ( from rtd vapor ) Already ordered that

Am I forgetting / missing anything or buying anything i dont need ?

I read somewhere about an adapter that lets you get past the flat part of the provari and use any 510 carto. What is the name of that adapter ? Probably a smart idea to get it yes ?

Thank you all for your patience with me

I totally didnt think about the " wrong light " as you put it. I guess i should of been more specific. I have a friend that grows a bunch of clove, and says its great for this sort of thing. So that is the herb i was refering to. No disrespect intended. Just thought it would be cool if he was right about using the provari for it

Very sorry about that! That's not what normally comes to mind, as I'm sure you understand now!
I'm not sure how to help you, there is a section here (somewhere on the site) where people are extracting tobacco and having good results from that. Might be worth finding that section of the forum and asking them? Also, be specific about wanting to use Clove to avoid this situation again!

Looks like you got everything but the kitchen sink in that order! That should get you a good idea of what will and wont work for you!
I'm not exactly sure what adapter you are wanting, there are 510-510 adapters that will extend the length of the carto, never needed one yet. There are also 510-EGO adapters, these give you the EGO threading, and 510 threading as well as lengthening the carto.

I'd say forget the atomizer and the drip tip. You can get those for a lot less at other places. The rest looks good!
