Hope things go better for ya Deej. I've dealt with those tow bars once myself, driving non-stop from Memphis to Jacksonville. Those things can be a pain even when they aren't damaged. Helped a friend of mine relocate his family when we finished school in Memphis and both got orders to Jax.

Okay... sorry to be out of contact. We did arrive safely, but then it was Holy Carp time getting the truck unloaded and returned.

I spent 3 hours unloading a 26' truck... I hurt.

Just found out younger son is in the midst of it out in Alpine, Ca. Fires are spreading and he's getting ready to evac. Keep him in mind, please.

We don't have full utilities at the house yet, so we're sitting in a McDonalds drinkin' coffee & usin' their wifi.

Not sure why this struck me as funny, but I did literally LOL.

I know it's a hassle switching it over to some other service. One thing that might help, assuming you'll have internet soon, would be to check to see if your phone has the capability of making & taking calls over wifi. You could use the phone and still use the sprint service even with no coverage in the area. At least until you decide to switch it to something else.

Since I'm home now all the time I switched over to a VERY cheap plan with limited minutes and no data. With my phone using wifi for all incoming and outgoing calls, I basically use zero minutes. All data needs are done over wifi as well. So I pretty much still have unlimited voice & data, just have to keep an eye on my texts.
