Cleo, sorry but I think your rant was out of place. Those of us who frequent this forum were well aware that there would be delays without seeing the announcement on the front page of deejstuff.com. Ideally everyone should have read the announcement but not everyone did. And deej's last move went more smoothly so even those who did might not have realized how long it would take to get their orders.
Many of us took advantage of deej's generous moving discount to stock up. We have no trouble waiting. I suspect that we're the ones who rejected the bonus as we hadn't expected our stuff and didn't need it right away anyway. But many people order the juice as they need it. Some are on a tight budget and, while their juice money is tied up on a delayed order at one vendor, they simply don't have the cash to order somewhere else. Deej has said he received cancelations because of the delay so someone waiting 2 1/2 weeks before even asking is not out of line in my eyes.
Finally, I think it is possible to tell someone you disagree with them (and why) without attacking them. The Internet has too many sites where vitriol is the order of the day. I, for one, really appreciate the civility I find at ECF in general and on this thread in particular.

1) No orders are ever "forgotten", "misplaced", or "overlooked". If you can see your order when you go to the deejStuff site, so can I. And I do review ALL non-shipped orders DAILY.
2) Every now and then, somebody places an order and chooses "Check / Money Order" as the method of payment. When that method is selected, the order is placed in a "Pending" status. If you check your order and see that the status is "Pending", and you're NOT sending a check or money order, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL (deej@deejstuff.com).
3) We are mixing/shipping orders as fast as we can. We're desperate to get back to a decent turnaround time. Already I've issued over $700 in Rewards Points due to late shipping. Take a guess as to how happy I am about that.
4) We are very close to getting back within our desired 7-day window. It's a moving target, though, so giving a precise date is impossible. It looks very good for being sometime next week.
5) Do not construe my absence from here as indicating a lack of care or concern. I have to make some tough choices as to where to apply my time right now. Time spent here is time NOT spent trying to get orders out.
6) Witch is down for the count. She developed a pinched nerve due to stress and working too hard, so it's just me doing the mixing and most of the packing/shipping. I'm trying to keep her as idle as possible so she recovers quickly. However, her drive is like mine... and you all remember what happened last year when I refused to rest.

Please, tell Witch we insist she take it easy, the sooner she rests and lets it get better, the sooner she can be back up and helping! I know it's hard to relax when there's so much to be done, but making it worse will only put you further behind. So take it easy, girl!

I was playing a game I bought for $3.05 during the Steam summer sale called Symphony today. It is a game where it takes your song library and uses it in a "ship shooting/dodging" type of game.

Anyway I was playing it and saw Deej's album in my playlist. So I decided to play some of the songs. The song "I Will Fly" was the hardest song I have played in the game so far and I was playing upbeat techno and metal.
Just thought I would share and say again that I like your music Deej. Watching the enemies dance to the songs just adds to the enjoyment.
