The following are general statements for nobody in particular...
1) No orders are ever "forgotten", "misplaced", or "overlooked". If you can see your order when you go to the deejStuff site, so can I. And I do review ALL non-shipped orders DAILY.
2) Every now and then, somebody places an order and chooses "Check / Money Order" as the method of payment. When that method is selected, the order is placed in a "Pending" status. If you check your order and see that the status is "Pending", and you're NOT sending a check or money order, CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY VIA EMAIL (deej@deejstuff.com).
3) We are mixing/shipping orders as fast as we can. We're desperate to get back to a decent turnaround time. Already I've issued over $700 in Rewards Points due to late shipping. Take a guess as to how happy I am about that.
4) We are very close to getting back within our desired 7-day window. It's a moving target, though, so giving a precise date is impossible. It looks very good for being sometime next week.
5) Do not construe my absence from here as indicating a lack of care or concern. I have to make some tough choices as to where to apply my time right now. Time spent here is time NOT spent trying to get orders out.
6) Witch is down for the count. She developed a pinched nerve due to stress and working too hard, so it's just me doing the mixing and most of the packing/shipping. I'm trying to keep her as idle as possible so she recovers quickly. However, her drive is like mine... and you all remember what happened last year when I refused to rest.
