Just a reminder about Rewards Points...

If you have a positive RP balance, you need to redeem them by the end of the year.

That's a change.

My last order is processing. Don't finish/ship it. I have to put in another order. Might as well save on postage.

If I don't order any Gold Label Preferred, can I use some points to add the containers? I love those. If so, just let me know how many points to leave behind for each one as I don't think the shopping cart is set up for purchasing them.

oops, you're right.

Apparently we made that decision, but never announced it.

Okay... no expiry on the Points.

Or put in an expiration on the points but set it a couple of months along to allow people to plan their shopping -- Mardi Gras (February 17) and Saint David's Day (March 1) sound good as final days.

Yikes!! Glad they caught that,Poeia.

Yeah. Otherwise I might have made all my year-end donations without getting "card declined"messages at 3 sites and having to call Visa to get my card unblocked.

I understand their getting confirmation on a $500 purchase if that's not how you usually shop. But $115, $25 and $25? How is that suspicious?

Good morning :)

Poeia, I was buying giftcards for my 6 nephews the other day, and walmart made me ring them all up in separate transactions- each with this whole series of steps to confirm the amount before i could swipe my card. Visa denied my card on the 3rd transaction. Argh! Luckily my other card let me do the other 4. (i felt awful for the woman behind me, who thought she'd made it into a short checkout line)

That's even worse. At least I was in my apartment when it happened. If you had your phone with you, you probably could have called the # on the back of the card and gotten the freeze lifted. (Assuming they'll accept the security info like the 1st 3 letters of your mother's maiden name as proof it's you. Some things about cards, like activating them, are definitely linked to the phone # you call from.)
