Trying the Creme Brulee on Angel Food Cake.

The Angel Food hasn't fully matured -- it was just mixed on the 11th -- and I did a 50/50 mix when it should probably be more cake, less creme, but it definitely has potential.

Sounds Yummy! I've been mixing Peach cheesecake with Raspberry cheesecake about 50/50. It's very good but it's also very close to tasting like ARC.

It would as apricots taste quite a bit like peaches.

I leave today to go teach on Dauphin Island for a few weeks. Last spring ECF was blocked on their wireless system. I requested that it be unblocked, which worked in some of the locations there...but it may take me into early next week to get it unblocked in the housing area. So, if i don't check in, it isn't because i don't want to.
