... which made me think of something I heard about: Is it true that the "anti-vaxxer" movement is growing in the US? Do you personally know such individuals ?

Soooo ... to answer your question; yes, I happen to know an "anti-vaxxer".

And this is from the CDC, and y'all know Ronnie Rayguns words about the Gub'mnt...I ain't gettin' no more vacc's...don't believe they are necessary... When I was in boot camp they were having us all in a line and shootin' us with all kinds of stuff...after getting shot up with this weird contraption that had like five or so vials on it and it used pressure to drive the mix into your skin, I passed out on the cold cement floor... I just dropped, and woke up a couple minutes later. Look at them numbers and do a little critical thinking...they don't work more often than they do. Wash your hands...don't touch your eyes if you are out in public, like shopping, take a couple of those sanitary towels on your way out the door, and use them on your hands and steering wheel when you get back to the car...I never get sick.

I have never taken a flu shot, never had the flu. I am vaccinated for several things, shingles and polio being two. I pick and chose. I am a believer in children playing in dirt, seems that the body, for some things, has the best ways to build immunity for some things.
